DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION JUNE 13TH PRESS RELEASE

Hello America,

It has been a busy week at the Department of Education. With a lot of personnel changes and training sessions underway. Let's get down to it.

The Secretary

The Secretary returned back to office on Wednesday andimmediately went back to work. He had meetings with various Department Heads and got caught up on where the Department was at the moment and the what was being done to implement his vision for the term.

On Friday, Secretary Blande attended a meeting at the oval office with Vice President BeachBunny, Secretary of Defense Garmr, and Secretary of State Mazzy Cat. The details of the meeting remain classified. It should be noted that President Trekker did stop by for 5 minutes during the meeting. Everyone present is mum about what he did there, although they all claim it had nothing to do with the discussions on hand.

Department Staff

Deputy Secretary Xander Wilson turned in his two weeks notice to the Secretary this week. As disappointed as the Secretary was to receive it, he understood that sometimes rl deals us a hand we just can't ignore. The Secretary accepted the notice with a heavy heart. We at the Department would miss Deputy Xander when he is gone. We plan on making his last week here a special one.

With this resignation, more staff has been brought in to.

MrCarey, a former SoE himself has been hired as a Senior Deputy Secretary. He will be working at the American University.

EddieA, has been hired as a Deputy Secretary in charge of the QotD Program. We wish him the best in his new job.

Jaden A., has been hired as a Deputy Secretary in the American University. she is still getting set up with the required access and training. We wish her the best at her new position.

Department Audit

The final thing on the agenda is the Department Audit ordered by the Secretary. The Audit Committee recently revealed that they would have a their report ready for the Secretary by Friday of next week. We look forward to what the committee has to say about the Department's actions.

That is it for today folks. We hope you will tune in later for more information from the Department of Education.

Sincerely,
Department of Education
