[DoD] Update on Strike

Tonight Canadian Minister of Defence informed me that Canadian citizens have not been made aware of a Joint Strike due to ongoing negotiations with Spain - hence a Joint Strike will be postponed til when applicable. He sends his apologies for the late notice, but obviously I'm sure we all understand he has been rather busy.
However, the National Strike will continue regardless! Remember, come dressed (avatar) as a Dragon in celebration of Chinese New Year and you will get extra supply!
