As you have by now probably figured out, it is my pleasure to be serving as the Minister for Defence.

THE STORY OF A BOY, ALONE, IN THE BIG BAD eWORLD

Once upon a time...


In a land, very close to here.....


There lived a boy...


The Boy

This boy was all alone....


He wandered in the desolate places of the Shannon.....


Alone, he imagined being the member of a group...


He dreamt of a day where one day, he could belong and have purpose....




Then..

One Day....

He met a venerable congressman....


The Venerable Congressman


The venerable congressman told him how he could be involved....

How he could work together with all the other hobbits *ahem* citizens in the land...

How he could protect the vulnerable....
And vanquish all who followed the path of the Cruel...

The boy was transformed..


The boy, the boy, was now a man!




He was placed in a division, and he fought with his fellow troops..

He fought in Malaysia, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Greece, America and India...

He came to lead a division of his troops into battle....

And he was content.

The man who was once a boy, became a
MARSHALL

Battle Stats

I have looked up the Statistics of the last Battle in Sabah, which you were ordered to fight at for the entire duration.

Ireland, WE CAME 5TH Overall!



Congratulations, we did 367 fights and made 123,261 damage. This is an excellent total, but it can be improved upon. Next battle, I want to see MOAR!!!!!

In terms of individual players, I am very pleased. We had 2 players in the top 10, and 4 in the top 20. Congratulations to -

1. Yddub Emwolb - 6th Overall - 2,748 Damage
2. Donovan Thomas - 7th Overall - 2,729 Damage
3. Nithraldur - 16th Overall - 2,440 Damage
4. Grainne Ni Mhaille - 18th Overall - 2,275 Damage
5. Ramad_Han - 24th Overall - 2,098 Damage

All 5 of you will soon be sent prizes! (We're a little low, atm but rest assured it will happen!!)

Special Mention goes to castaneda, Aeryn Kelly and caladbolg who were not too far behind!


Other Odds & Ends

I have been busy fixing up the divisions and putting everyone in their rightful places, and those of you who have been moved should be informed by your Commanding Officers shortly. Further adjustments are ongoing, as Division are merged or moved around and COs appointed. COs should sign in on-forum if they wish to keep their place. I would like applications for CO to be PMed to me ASAP, there will be vacancies, particularly in NA FIANNA, which requires someone of immense military experience.
