I'm very sorry Japan for directing my soldiers to a unwanted combat zone. I just figured since your nation has spent so long under occupation it could use a boost of support and cooperation since we just signed a MPP.
I was willing to go the distance and fight tooth and nail for you. Part of me still thinks I can.
I didn't even want to waste 10k cc on your nation signing our MPP to be honest as I thought it would be a waste of tax money.
Yet My MoD Xichael pressed me saying there was something in Japan a small country like ourselves that's been walked over like we have ourselves that's worth building a friendship with. He raised private funds within our country to pay for it.
After seeing his dedication and faith I figured I should take the time to actually take a look at whats going on over in this part of the world.
I looked and there is no reason a nation that gets no bonuses by occupying your land should even want to stay there.
Training war sure. Fight back and forth but after its all done keep your land. There are no threats that can make them keep your land.
Russia says it wants to pay the tax money back ok, What the reason to stay there?

Despite that I personally wanted to have a dimplomatic solution (which is unfortunately not happening from Russia's side) I respect your attitude toward Japan, and glad to see that someone wants to help us that much, this things won't be forgotten.
I don't know either why Russia is sticking to those regions. As I knew they needed for easy TP but they didn't use for it either, and actually when I was CP, I have never made any kind of deal to give up them forever. It was about that we will be able to get them back in the near future, and we expected it to happen, especially because nobody benefits from denying it from us.
It could be settled easily if Russia could let us know why they don't want to give the regions back to us, or just simply do it, hopefully they will be able to understand the situation well, and solve as it should be.

Japan has potential. Unfortunately there are some people who are very arrogant and play the game for virtual power and medal. They make the place boring.
I agree with you that Russia should leave the regions to Japan and stick with their own. If they want to be good allies, they should give it back nicely.
