In this article I will continue to talk about the problems we have in DAF and try to see what the causes are. If you haven't read the last article, please do before reading this one. This article will focus on the politicians. This includes individual politicians with their names. Please don't be offended by this. I'm using it as an example and hopefully to confront some people and make them aware of the problems. I have no intention to offend any of the people I will call by their name.

Activity is key. This is often said, and this is right. Activity is very important in erepblik if you want to reach a goal. But more important than activity, is participation. Participation is a level higher than activity. People can be active and participating, but they never can participate without being active. This is also the problem. There are not much people who are participating in our country. There are a few, and thanks to them, our country is running and doing fine. These active participating people are missing in DAF.

These active participating people are mostly found in the political module. There participation has the most value. We call those politicians. It's striking these people are not part of DAF, while those people are exactly what we need. I think almost one and a half year ago (when I wasn't even born yet), DAF originated out of a merge of several state MUs. Since this time DAF improved in being the largest MU of the Netherlands and became the most important structure of society. People joined DAF and started to wear the DAF uniform. Also some politicians joined, but by far not all of them.

We have to unite! The Dutch Armed Forces welcomes politicians and need those active people to help in the organization!

I will now give you an overview of our 6 political parties and tell you which politicians aren't in DAF.

Revolution et Libertas (ReL):
ReL is sometimes called the 'war party', because they have a lot of soldiers who are also participating in politics.

You see there are 32 politicians not in DAF. This amount is not that high. 79 politicians are in DAF. But I have to say a lot of those politicians in DAF aren't active participating politicians. You can also see in the stats above there are some politicians who aren't in DAF and who also aren't real politicians. Just members of political parties. Those are also included, because it's hard to tell the dividing lines between an active participating politician and just a member.

Creating unity in our country, reorganizing DAF, can't be done by me alone. It can't be done by the government alone. We need the whole community to stand up and help our country! What we need right now are active and participating members of the Military Unit. We also need active and motivated Captains. Right now we need 3 captains for sure, so please send us a message if you're interested. You will receive the needed assistance and support of the government and DAF to do your duty as Captain. And this will be fun to do as well!

It's good to see so many people doing damage if it is needed, but structural changes are far more important to ensure we can do this damage in the future as well, and maybe even more! So please help your country and step forward!
