In my previous article, http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/for-the-presidency-1727212/1/20 , I mentioned briefly the governmental reforms I plan on implementing. I shall now expound upon them.

As I mentioned before, should I be elected, I will be consolidating all government Ministries into a series of five Directorates. These Directorates will be:

* The Political Directorate. The Political Directorate will be responsible for handling Foreign Affairs, In-Game Recruiting (recruiting players from other countries to come to Austria), and Inter-Party Coordination, for Congressional elections.

* The Social Directorate. This Directorate will encompass the Ministries of Health, Culture, Communication, as well as Out-of-Game Recruiting.

* The Economic Directorate. This Directorate will be in charge of maintaining the country finances. The Director will have access to the Central Bank.

* The Defense Diectorate. This Directorate is in charge of maintaining the military.

* The Intelligence Directorate. This Directorate is responsible for screening citizenship applicants, and identifying potential PTOers.

Each Directorate will be controlled by a Director. Directors may hire any number of Sub-Directors, provided the CP consents to their hiring.



Directors and Sub-Directors will be responsible for running all aspects of their departments. Although Directors may pursue side projects with the CP's consent, requests from the CP should take top priority.

Twice per week, the Directors (not the Sub-Directors) and the CP will meet and discuss the country's situation. Emergency meetings may be called 24 hours in advance. Each Director is responsible for designating a line of succession within his Directorate. If a Director cannot make a meeting, then his designated successor will take his place for that meeting. This successor will also be first in line if the Director resigns.

If I am elected, I will announce the Presidential line of succession.
