[CP] I am out of here!

This is it... The end of a full 30 days of bulls**t!

Now, did i do a good job? I think it wasn't that bad at all. Yes, it wasn't as i said it would be and 2 times in a row i had some RL matter preventing me from fully committing myself to the performance of my duties as CP.
In the next part i'll mention a few departments i have to commend for their work.
First of all i like to thank e Vladimir, MaartenW and Franckie18 for their guidance, advice and taking charge when i was unable to perform my tasks.
I also like to make special not to Elynea for her amazing work as Minister of Education. She(with or without help) made a notable amount of articles and forum tutorials that gives new and old clear information on how erepublik works and providing info on events of the moment.

In the part below i break down some of the things i said we try to do and what was eventually done.
Lets see some of the things i said i would do(or at least try to) and followed by what was done eventually.
● a weekly general government update ➵ I say it's not bad. It is less than i thought i would make but still...[CP]Official start of a new CP-term!, [CP]Government Announcements(edition1), [eBe] Cuba-Belgium Renting agreement, [CP]Government Announcements(edition2). It's not huge but it is good and detailed.

● regular MoD orders ➵ I am not gonna provide a link to all publications from this department(just look up the link in the "library of links" below the article). Although in the first half of the term and now towards the end they did a good job. But for a while this department was silent, nothing. I was considering to kick them out, but at that time i just couldn't afford more loads of work on my shoulders(lucky for him). The work that was done by this department was good.

● Military or Foreign Affairs updates ➵ Information of what was done was shared with the public. It did start well for the MoFA with an overview of the first weeks and a publication with the call for ambassadors. The latter was less than a success despite all efforts to get people involved in the ambassador program. Military spoken there was little to add beyond the orders and the Cuban renting agreement. in succession to the Cuba-Belgium battles as agreed upon, there was a plan between Cuba and UK to help each other in light of the resource wars in which our nation stood to benefit from the awarded tokens.

● Educational articles and promotion of educational articles made by none-government publishers ➵ What can i say... this department delivered as suggested and even more. This final publication of their work in this term gives you an idea of the amazing work done in here.

● a minimum of 2 financial updates ➵ That is exactly what is done + a call to use the gold loan program. A final summary in this article gives you an idea of his work.

● talk with everyone about who our allies are or will be ➵ Nothing has been done in this matter. I never started a referendum nor an article nor did i call to the forum for this.

● having a minimum of 1 MPP ➵ It turned out even better, we ended up with 2 Mutual Protection Pacts(MPP's) and despite some war we where able to maintain those 2. Hopefully they can be renewed in the next term.

● entertainment for all eBelgians ➵ This is my biggest disappointment. Someone did volunteer to run it and despite the fact that i said i would kick you out if you don't do your job, i gave him a second chance. Yet nothing happened. So, i ended up doing it myself, but i couldn't get anything good starting because of an accident i had(i didn't even remember placing the Never-Ending-Story article). That was all i did, i couldn't even do some forum games(had some new ideas).
To sum it all up:
✔ Pleased with the work from some of the departments.
✔ Happy about the new international relations we build-ed.
✘ Disappointed at some of the irregularities of some department and the absence of another department.
✘ Sad that i couldn't provide better communication when it comes to certain matters.

But in the end this term as Country President was not that bad(i have seen worse).
