[CP] First Monday Report

Day 1,756, 02:38 Published in Belgium Belgium by eBelgian Presidency

Dear eBelgians,

This will be my first weekly report of government progress. Everyone settles in to their departments and started working on applying the government policy you voted on. Underneath you will find a small overview:

Finance:
We’ve opened the debate about ending a few lesser used citizen programs, after some going back and forth, a vote was put up to pause the subsidies programs for Town Center upgrades, building Q4 raws companies and building Storage buildings.
SX80 has started working on a plan for bringing more trade to our market to increase future revenue. This will be brought to congress for debate during this week.

Foreign Affairs:
Our Foreign Affairs department has introduced itself to the world and made the first closer contacts with the governments of our allies and Commanders within Circle of Trust. McKitKat is also on track in gathering the intresting developments of world events and will bring you a weekly status of eWorld.

Defense:
The Defense department has kicked off with MoD strikes, I’m personally sponsoring these strikes with Q7 tanks so that all can get a taste of working together towards joining Circle of Trust. It will also give you the opportunity to meet the Defense team and ask questions. I’m hoping to see more of you who are not in the army participate in these strikes.
We’re also happy to announce that the national army is quickly adapting to the orders flowing down from CoT military command.

Home Affairs:
A new manager for Boost Your Strength and Citizen packs was appointed to ensure the continuity of both programs. Viridi will give you an update on things to come this month as soon as possible.

Immigration:
As announced in my manifesto, immigration will from now on follow up on the immigration law by bringing infractions before the Supreme Court and opening a discussion about the possible threat the action holds in congress.

The reports starting next week will bring you more detail on the work of the cabinet. It’s our wish to keep you informed as good as possible.

Nohjis,
President of eBelgium
