[Country President] War with eUruguay and some other stuff

Dear eNigerian Citizens,

as you realised, eArgentina and eUruguay wiped eChile away from our regions. My government has had good contact with eChilean government and they paid all taxes as predetermined in our deal. Of course, we are only a small country and we have to work with whatever the bigger countries give us. That is the main reason why we should always keep our neutrality! We are always a reliable partner if someone wants to make a deal with us, but we can't make friendship with one particular side. The risk of getting wiped and stay this way are too high if we jump on one side. Some might call that opportunistic, but for me this is the best and the only way for eNigeria to stay safe and most likely on the map.

Now to the current issues:



War with Uruguay:
During the war with Chile two additional Nigerian regions were released by Argentina, so now we have 3 regions. If we look at the current PTO threat, that is too much for us to have for the congress election. A maximum of two regions should be okay.

For that reason we agreed with Uruguay, that they should start a Natural Enemy law against us and wipe our regions. After that, we will release the region, that we want to have for congress.

After the 25th we can talk with Uruguay about a train war, or if we want to have more regions to be released. I think the talks with Uruguay will always be uncomplicated, as we can talk on eye level with them.

Taxes will be reimbursed by Uruguay every month on the 5th.

Please do not fight against Uruguay in the direct wars and only start a RW if the Government asks for it!



Deal with eArgentina:
I could make a deal about the Argentinian occupation in eNigeria. Basically, they keep South South States and South East States, while they reimburse the taxes every month on the 5th. We will not start a RW in these regions and not fight direct against eArgentina. There are a lot of other aspects, so I will post the agreement in our national forum soon.

I had a lot of things to change during negotiations, so I must thank eArgentinan MoFA FrankMaiden for his patience with me. In my opinion the finished agreement is very good for the stability of our countries.

Please do not fight against Argentina if someone starts a resistance war and only start one if the Government asks for it!
