[Country President] End Of My Term, Preview On Next Month

Day 2,634, 15:52 Published in Nigeria Germany by Kalif Batan

Dear fellow eNigerians,

so my first term as your Country President comes to an end and I must say, really many things happened. To be true, I did not expect that January would be such a frantic month! I was more prepared to deal with internal problems, because at the beginning of my term everything seemed calm in our external politics. But let us see, what happened in a chronological order:

In the first days, everything seemed to go just like expected. I had a lot of contacts to make, all across the eWorld and I had to answer many messages. We had a good deal with Argentina about their occupation of our regions and they payed us our taxes back.

But short after the beginning the big Chilean-Argentinan War came to Nigeria. Chile almost wiped Argentina out of South America, when the wars started on our soil. At first it was hard for me to find the right way to deal with these two superpowers. There were thoughts about blocking Chile out, but I decided that it would be the best to stay absolutely neutral in this war. Chile managed to wipe Argentina completely very fast after their first fight in Nigeria. During this whole episode my government and I talked to both sides constantly to make our neutrality clearly visible for them. Because of this tactic it was possible for us to make a deal with Chile about our regions quite fast. Unfortunately, even before I could present the deal to the congress, the admins made an annoucement that blocked the whole foreign affairs in this game for some days. But more about that later.

Some days before the elections of the party presidents, the PTO group around Juve Leo attacked our community once again. They had 4 candidates running in parties of us Nigerians. Our tactic to defend against this attack was, that we let one candidate run in their party to bound their votes there. Everything went good for us, we could defend our parties.

The other election in the last month was the congress election on the 25th. It was very important for us, to make a congress without the PTOer group possible. It was possible for me to convince some players to leave the party of the PTOers, so it fell out of top 5. On the other hand we could convince Chile to give us two regions for the elections, so we could elect 20 congressmen. That was a huge success for me and a great day for eNigeria!

Shortly after it, the event Resource Wars started. As I wrote before, it had a huge effect on foreign affairs all over the eWorld. It seemed like not really much happened in the days before. Only talks related to this event, were held. Every country had to make sure, that they get many wars as fast as possible at the start. It was impressive, how many wars started on the first day of the event. For Nigeria we could get our needed tokens in the right time due to an arranged war with Chile and some RWs from our side. Now, we have nearly the best possible resources that we can imagine for our country! Also, we helped Turkey to get fast tokens with an Airstrike. They paid for that of course and we got some extra money from them for it.

These were the articles that I wrote for you:

When I look back over the last month, I think it's been a rather successful one for eNigeria. We could win important elections and international relations with many countries improved. We are still the country with the smallest number of citizens, but our fighters are stronger than some other countries. Also our neighbours are really strong ones. Under these given circumstances, in my opinion the country is in a good condition.

Of course, that would not have been possible without the help of my government. I want to thank every single one for helping me to acchieve all this for eNigeria! Special thanks go to MRSA SPB, Poncho Warrior, Satyre Reynes, AlexMCS182 and NorthAfricaCorps who gave me good advice whenever I needed it. Also a big thank you to Yosemite Sam01, a old friend of mine, that helped me during the talks with Chile.

It seems like I will be your next president also, so here are a few things to look forward to: Next days and month will be very exciting! It seems like Argentina and Chile could end their war and many other things are going on in our neighbourhood, for example there are some wars in South Africa and Croatia will leave South America. We are watching closely what will happen.

Looking at internal matters, it seems like citizenship passes will be a big issue for our community. My friend Poncho Warrior (we love to argue, but still I think we can work together for the good of eNigeria) will agree, that there still is the need for talks about that. In my opinion we must keep the community together until all PTOers are gone. Only then we can allow that such question can divide us. In the light of recent events I ask every congressman only to give citizenship to applicants, that were checked and approved by the Minister of Interior. There is no need to rush in these cases! It doesn't matter if it needs one day more or less!
