这一连串的举动是因应印度的要求。

印度不满 phoenix 对印度进行两面手法去控制该国。包括：
政治渗透---印度曾多次受到PTO威胁。
外交压力---一些国家尝试与印度签下NAP，来保护其在印度的利益。

对此，eChina已作出了正面的回应。

另外请留意国防部的指令。
而这是一些当前国际事件的概要。

eIndia is strongly contempted with the control PHOENIX imposed upon them, which comes in two different aspects:

Political infiltration -- eIndia had faced multiple threats of political takeover
Pressure on foreign affairs -- some countries had attempted to propose non-agressive pacts in order to protect their benefits obtained from eIndia's lands

eChina had responded positively on eIndia's requests.
