Hello eAustralia. I, Callumh123 will be running for Prime Minister of eAustralia. eAustralia has begun to prosper in the last couple of months, and i must fully thank the c0nstant Government for there hard work in putting eAustralia in this great position. What eAustralia needs now is a leader who can add a new lease of life and enthusiasm to Government, and i know i am that person.

My favorite part of the game has been and will always be Human Services, the section eAustralia seems to be lacking in the most. I have been Minister of Education three times and have served in Education twice before that, so i have a good understanding on what needs to be done. Education will be dissolved and made into the Department of Culture, which will handle Health and Education.



With the new department, we will be working on bringing back Centrelink and it being fully operational with Government backed money. This of course will all have to go through senate but even if it's operational at the end my term, it will be a huge success. eAustralia has had a steady increase of capable new players, but even at that, that is not enough. If we want to become a bigger regional power we need to increase our population and then keep it at a high, but steady rate. The best way to do this is to feed new players and keep them interested. This is not an easy job by all means, many have tried and failed before. The key is to make the newbies feel welcome and guide them into a home. May it be politically or military wise. Encouraging new players to become engaged with the community is the key to sustaining a steady increase of new players taking part in the game.

4 people will be operating Centrelink, to help it run at full capacity, rather than half arsed. A spreadsheet will be set up to help keep tabs on new players message. Each player message will be given a follow up message by the Centrelink team. The Centrelink team will consist of the two Health ministers and Education. What i and eAustralia should expect from Education and Health this month is constant articles.



Each day one of the departments will release an informative article. Another plan for Human Services, what i plan to do myself is to rejuvenate the New Player Society Forum, and get Education to make screenshot tutorials to navigate eRepublik and helpful articles posted, in a neat, orderly fashion. The Education team will also be responsible for making 2 screen shot tutorials for navigating the forums in the New Player Section. These tutorials will be an irc tutorial and a forum navigating tutorial. As you can see the Culture team will be very busy this month and i am very confident that the team will be able do finish toughtasks. Next up is Public Relations. Public Relations has been the most scrutinized department for the last 6 months(Bowen. Wally and SC). An article every 3 days and a cabinet update should be the absolute minimum. My Administration will be installing a young energetic, team to ensure this. Both these people will be first time ministers, but there enthusiasm will make up for experience.

Next up is Immigration. As a member of the ATO team i am aware of most of the threats in eAustralia and we are doing well immigration wise, we our safe from letting PTOers in, but not from them being born here (aka multies). The team will consist of two, both reliable players, who love the country and will not let me down or eAustralia down.

Under the Administration, eAustralia will remain in Eden, as Eden is the best suited alliance for us as it stands. As for Western Australia, it is not an important region for us and the only thing i will be asking for is some sort of compensation (Rent or a one off old payment). The region is rightfully ours, but going into full scale conflict with eIndonesia is just not an option. In these sorts of situations diplomacy rules. With the current budget, new MPP rules and current MPPs the new Government would like to see MPPs with Greece, USA, Croatia, Romania, China, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Ireland.



eAustralia needs to close war games with eNew Zealand, as the are making eChile the Natural Enemy, so to compensate for that, Resistance Wars will be will takeover and we will deploy troops, as it adds more excitement to fighting. Next up is Military. The military as it stands is running smoothly. Militia cohesion is at an all time high. ADF is bringing in a steady amount of troops as it stands. The problem is that a lot of our big hitters are leaving the ADF, and the ADF in result are hardly making a massive difference in our battles.



This is not always a bad thing though, militias like the Knighthawks and Crimson Devils are strengthening and won that empathic battle of Victoria, which was down to the great communication and strength of the militias that won the battle. The reason why militias work so well is because of there cohesion. We need this can be brought into the ADF by starting deployments in Resistance Wars as i mentioned earlier. Deploying troops and managing tactical strikes can be added as an incentive to want to play more, take a more active role.



Another initiative my Defence team will be trialing is sending ADF troops on tours across the world to fight in. We will be sending two squads to deploy in other countries and ask for feedback, if it does not work out. No damage done. If it does, this could end up being a good incentive for the future. Last but of course not least, Finance. Under the Sir_c0nstant regime our current Finances is probably the strongest we have seen in a long, long while. Nothing drastic needs to be done, especially with the admins tinkering with the module. My Industry team will be looking at maintaining the already open GFCs and will hopefully be looking at starting one of the Centrelink companies up for new players in a proposed "Work 4 Wellness" (Stolen right off the Crimsons, but they do weapons :3) I have Savonrepus and hopefully Someguy already signed up to continue there brilliant work. So my promise to the people is a stronger, eAustralia.
