Ще започна малко по-отдалеч. Отношенията България - Хърватия са добре известни и имат доста дълга история, но все пак да припомним основните повратни точки. Бяхме доста време съюзници в ЕДЕН и уж много добри приятели. Фиаското с трайъл членството на Турция, както и намесата на български танкове при изгонването на Хърватия от тогавашните им мексикански колонии общо взето отровиха отношенията ни за дълго време. Все пак по-късно настъпи почти нормализиране, което се отрази и чрез подписване на МПП.

Това продължи за един сравнително дълъг период, докато хърватската страна не реши, че иска МПП с Гърция след напускането и на Астерия. За тази цел бяха обмислени сложни военни и дипломатически ходове в резултат на които Гърция нападна България. Хърватия танкира на страната на България, за да може България да вземе инициативата и да загуби своето хърватско МПП. Впоследствие и гърци и хървати признаха, че тази война е била започната по две причини - да осигури забавление на гръцкия народ, но по-съществената е именно да премахне българското МПП на Хърватия. Войната продължи почти пет месеца с променлив успех и накрая завърши с подписването на прословутият южнобалкански НАП между София, Скопие и Атина. Но българите няма как да забравят и танкирането на Хърватия срещу нас, както и пуснатите многобройни КО в полза на Гърция.

След подписването на НАПа индийското правителство ни помоли за помощ в региона и изпълнение на отдавна съществуващото джентълменско споразумение за закрила и наем на региони. Беше пуснат въздушен удар по Индия. Чест му прави на хърватския президент, че не блокира България в границите на един регион - една абсолютно реална възможност с оглед на тогавашните закони за ЕВ Индия, които бяха пуснати веднага след нашия еърстрайк. Българското правителство се опита да постигне компромис и съвместно съжителство с Хърватия в рамките на индийските територии. Беше поискана и осъществена среща с хърватите, на която бе представен доста разумен план за подялба на регионите между България, Хърватия и Индия. За съжаление и досега няма постигнато такова споразумение. Цялото това бавене и протакане допълнително обтегнаха и без това неособено добрите отношения между България и Хърватия и изнервиха българските играчи.

Тристранният НАП е със срок на действие до 5 ноември. Като се имат предвид недобрите отношения България- Хърватия, както и близките гръцко-турско-хърватски отношения, България се почувства застрашена и се опита да постигне известни договорки с останалите си съседи с цел гарантиране на границите си. Бяха проведени разговори със сръбското правителство за ненападение на българските територии. В процеса на разговорите се стигна до предложение за сключване на МПП между България, Сърбия, Унгария и Македония. Чилийското правителство и президент бяха уведомени веднага след започването на преговорите, като в личен разговор чилийския президент увери, че напълно разбира нашите опасения и Чили по всяка вероятност няма да има нищо против подобно действие.

Почти паралелно със започването на преговорите до българското правителство достигна информация за проведени разговори между Турция и Чили относно претенциите на Турция за двата пакистански региона във владение на България. В разговори между турския външен министър и чилийския министър на отбраната, Турция е поискала посредничеството на Чили пред нас за получаването им, защото “по един или друг начин щели да си ги вземат”. За тези региони България има сключено споразумение с Пакистан, което бе публикувано в официалният вестник на Външно министерство. Всъщност Пакистан заяви, че не иска Турция и се надява на защита от страна на България. Затова изразената позиция на Чили за неутралитет при евентуален конфликт България-Турция меко казано ни изненада и наклони везните в полза на приемането на предложението за МПП със Сърбия и Унгария. Разговорите все още текат между отделните страни.

Искам да подчертая, че каквото и да е решението на българския Конгрес, това не бива да се разглежда като предателство спрямо Чили и останалите ни съюзници. Все още Чили остава един от най-големите ни приятели в тази игра и българския народ много трудно може да забрави дългогодишното ни братство, въпреки усилията на видни “съюзнически” политици.

След проваления еърстрайк на Чили срещу Финландия се чуха и гласове, че ние сме изоставили Чили и е трябвало да бъдем едва ли не наказани чрез подписване на МПП с Гърция. Искам да подчертая, че българското правителство не бе уведомено въобще за тази атака, атаката бе пусната във възможно най-неудобното време за българските акаунти - 3:00 сутринта. Ако имахме информация щяхме да организираме все пак доста по-голяма подкрепа. Въпреки това малкото будни българи и македонци се биха с всички сили на страната на Чили. До събуждането на българските играчи битката вече бе загубена.

Не знам никакви Български работи, но съм впечатлен от лоялността между България, Чили и MKD/FYROM. Това е истинско братство, откакто играя играта. Очевидно поради тази причина ние сме врагове и се надявам, че това ще бъде вечно.

Аз също се надявам, че нашето братство ще продължи да бъде вечно (или поне до края на сървърите на играта 🙂 ) въпреки всичките му “доброжелатели”.

ENGLISH VERSION


I will start a bit further ago. The relations Bulgaria – Croatia are well known and have a rather long history but still let us remind the major turning points. We were for a long time allies in EDEN and supposedly very good friends. The fiasco with the Turkish trial membership, as well as the interference by Bulgarian tanks at the expulsion of the Croats from their then Mexican colonies all in all poisoned our relations for a long time. Yet later there was almost a normalization which culminated in the signing of an MPP.

This continued for a rather long period, until the Croats did not decide that they want an MPP with Greece after it quitting Asteria. For this purpose were contemplated some complicated military and diplomatic moves in a result of which Greece attacked Bulgaria. Croatia tanked on Bulgaria’s side so that Bulgaria can gain the initiative and lose its Croatian MPP. Afterwards, both Greeks and Croats admitted that this war was started for two reasons – to ensure entertainment to the Greek people bit more importantly to wipe out Croatia’s Bulgarian MPP. The war continued for almost five months with changing fortunes and finally ended with the signing of the infamous South Balkan NAP between Sofia, Skopje and Athens. But the Bulgarians will not forget the tanking of Croatia against us as well as the multitude of placed CO in favour of Greece.

After the signing of the NAP the Indian government asked us for help in the region and to execute the long-standing gentleman’s agreement for protection and rental of regions. An airstrike was started on India. In all honesty the Croatian CP gained much honour for not blocking Bulgaria within a region – an absolutely real possibility in view of the then-existing NE laws on India, which were started immediately after our airstrike. The Bulgarian government tried to reach a compromise and mutual co-existence with Croatia within the borders of the Indian territories.A meeting was asked and executed with the Croats on which was presented a rather reasonable plan for sharing of regions between Bulgaria, Croatia and India. All this stalling and slowing further strained the not exactly stellar relations between Bulgaria and Croatia and made the Bulgarian players rather nervous.

The trilateral NAP is with terms of action until 5th of November. In view of the not very good relations between Bulgaria- Croatia and the close Greek-Turkish-Croatian relations, Bulgaria felt threatened and tried to achieve some agreements with its other neighbours in order to guarantee its borders. Some talks with the Serbian government were conducted on non-attacking the Bulgarian territories. During the talks process it had come to a proposal for a conclusion of MPPs between Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Macedonia. The Chilean government and president were notified immediately after the start of negotiations and in a private conversation the Chilean president assured me that he completely understands our worries and Chile will most likely not mind such an action..

Almost parallel to the starting of negotiations an information about some talks between Turkey and Chile regarding Turkish aspirations towards the two Pakistani regions ruled by Bulgaria reached the Bulgarian government. In talks between the Turkish foreign minister and the Chilean MoD Turkey had asked for Chile mediation for receiving the regions since “they would get it one way or another”. For these regions Bulgaria has an agreement with Pakistan, published in the Bulgarian MoFA newspaper. In fact Pakistan stated that it does not want Turkey and is hoping for protection by Bulgaria. Therefore the stated position of Chile for a neutrality at an eventual conflict Bulgaria – Turkey surprised us to put it mildly and turned the tables towards accepting the proposal for an MPP with Serbia and Hungary. However, the talks are still on..

I would like to underline that whatever the decision of the Bulgarian Congress this should not be considered a betrayal against Chile and our other allies. Chile still remains one of our greatest friends in this game and the Bulgarian people will very hardly forget our years long brotherhood, in spite of efforts by influential “allied” politicians.

After the failed airstrike by Chile on Finland there were voices that we had abandoned Chile and we have to be punished by signing an MPP with Greece. I’d like to point out that the Bulgarian government was not at all notified about this attack and it started in the most inconvenient time for Bulgarian accounts – 3:00 am. Had we had some information we would have organized quite larger support. And yet the few awake Bulgarian and Macedonian accounts fought with all force on the side of Chile. Until the awakening of the Bulgarian players the battle was already lost.

To conclude, I’d like to quote someone who cannot be accused of Bulgarian bias – the current Argentinian president:

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL


Comenzaré un poco atrás. Las relaciones Bulgaria -Croacia son bien sabidas y tienen una historia un tanto larga pero aún así, déjenme recordarles lo hitos más importantes. Por mucho tiempo fuimos aliados en EDEN y éramos, supuestamente, muy buenos amigos. El fiasco con la membresía de prueba de Turquía tal como la interferencia de parte de los tanques búlgaros en la expulsión de los croatas de, sus entonces, colonias mexicanas, al fin y al cabo envenenó nuestras relaciones por mucho tiempo. A pesar de ello, casi hubo una normalización la cual culminó con la forma de un MPP.

Esto continuó por un largo período, hasta que los croatas decidieron que querían un MPP con Grecia después que renunció a Asteria. Por esta razón contemplamos unos movimientos complicados en lo militar y diplomático de lo que resultó el ataque de Grecia a Bulgaria. Croacia tanqueó por Bulgaria para que Bulgaria ganara la iniciativa y perdiera su MPP con Croacia. Después, griegos y croatas admitieron que esta guerra se inició por dos motivos: – para asegurar entretención a los griegos, pero más importante, para eliminar el MPP búlgaro. La guerra continuó por casi 5 meses con una suerte cambiante y finalmente terminó con el infame NAP del Sur de los Balcanes entre Sofía, Skopie y Atenas. Pero los búlgaros no olvidan las tanqueadas de Croacia en nuestra contra y la multitud de COs colocadas a favor de Grecia.

Luego de firmar el NAP, el gobierno indio nos pidió ayuda en la región y para ejecutar el acuerdo de larga data entre caballeros para la protección y arriendo de regiones. Un ataque aéreo comenzó en India. Con toda sinceridad el CP croata capitalizó mucho honor al no bloquear a Bulgaria en la región, una real posibilidad en vista de las leyes de NE existes en India, las cuales comenzaron inmediatamente después de nuestro AS. El gobierno búlgaro trató de alcanzar una concesión y coexistencia mutua con Croacia dentro de las fronteras de los territorios indios. Se solicitó una reunión y se llevó a cabo con los croatas en la cual se presentó un plan bastante razonable para compartir regiones entre Bulgaria, Croacia e India. Toda esta relantizada y demora tensó las no excelentes relaciones entre Bulgaria y Croacia e dejó a los jugadores búlgaros un tanto nerviosos.

El NAP tripartito viene vigencia hasta el 5 de noviembre. En vista de las no muy buenas relaciones entre Bulgaria y Croacia, y las cercanas relaciones entre Grecia, Turquía y Croacia, Bulgaria se sintió amenazada y trató de lograr acuerdos con sus otros vecinos para asegurar sus fronteras. Se condujeron algunas conversaciones con el gobierno serbio sobre no atacar territorios búlgaros. Durante el proceso de conversaciones se llegó a una propuesta de materialización de MPPs entre Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungría y Macedonia. El gobierno chileno y el presidente fueron notificados inmediatamente luego del inicio de las conversaciones y en una conversación privada, el presidente chileno me aseguró que él entendía a cabalidad nuestras preocupaciones y que a Chile no le iba a preocupar tal acción.

Casi en paralelo al comienzo de las negociaciones, una información sobre tratativas entre Turquía y Chile sobre las aspiraciones turcas sobre las 2 regiones que posee Bulgaria en Paquistán llegó al gobierno búlgaro. En conversaciones entre el MoFA turco y el MoD chileno, Turquía pidió la mediación de Chile para recibir las regiones dado que “ellos las iban a obtener de una u otra forma”. Por esas regiones Bulgaria tiene un acuerdo con Paquistán, publicado en el periódico del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Bulgaria. De hecho, Paquistán declaró que no quiere a Turquía y espera la protección de Bulgaria. Por ello la posición pública de Chile sobre la neutralidad en un eventual conflicto búlgaro-turco nos sorprendió, por decir lo menos y cambió las cosas sobre aceptar la propuesta por un MPP con Serbia y Hungría. A pesar de ello las conversaciones siguen.

Me gustaría subrayar que cualquiera sea la decisión del congreso búlgaro, esto no debe ser considerado una traición contra Chile y nuestros demás aliados. Chile sigue siendo uno de nuestros mayores amigos en este juego y la gente búlgara difícilmente olvidará nuestros largos años de hermandad, a pesar de los esfuerzos de políticos “aliados”.

Luego del fallido AS sobre Finlandia hubo voces que nosotros habíamos abandonado a Chile y que tenemos que ser castigados mediante la firma de un MPP con Grecia. Me gustaría recordar que el gobierno búlgaro no fue en lo absoluto informado sobre este ataque y que comenzó en el momento más inconveniente para las cuentas búlgaras (3 am). Si hubiésemos contado con algo de información habríamos organizado un apoyo bastante más grande. A pesar de ello, las pocas cuentas búlgaras y macedonias pelearon con toda la fuerza por el lado chileno. Al momento que los jugadores búlgaros despertaron la batalla ya estaba perdida.

Para concluir, me gustaría citar a alguien que no puede ser acusado de tener preferencias por Bulgaria, el actual presidente argentino😘

“No sé sobre los asuntos internos de Bulgaria, pero estoy impresionado con la lealtad entre Bulgaria, Chile y MKD/FYROM. Es una hermandad real desde que yo juego este juego. Obviamente por la misma razón somos fuertes enemigos y espero que eso sea eterno xD”

También espero que nuestra hermandad continúe siendo eterna (o por lo menos hasta que los servidores del juego se apaguen a pesar de bastantes “bien-intencionados”.
