[BAF] Activity Report - Military Survey

The Belgian Armed Forces is the belgian national army. With an average of 25/30 soldiers (if we don't take in account the Belgian Training Academy and the Belgian Civilian Army), our military can be considered as rather small but is open to any interested belgian citizens. We have only few requirements, as a minimum strenght and activity. Each BAF soldier is also asked to follow our "Codigo del Honor", a code of honor inspired from our venezuelan brothers. Our army is composed of one platoon (the Royal Guard, the Chasseurs Ardennais and the 1st Belgian SAS have merged lately) and all soldiers are in the BAF Military Unit, used to communicate orders and spread private military informations.

In the goal to increase the military capacities of our country, our soldiers need to rank up as fast as possible. For this, there is only one solution : fighting as often as possible, and with the best weapons available ! To achieve this goal, every soldiers work in a military company in order to produce rubber and guns to minimize the cost of production and get as many supplies as possible. It's also for this reason that ThomasRed, the BAF companies owner, is expatriated in Poland, to benefit from the 100% bonus available there. In parallel, the BAF is also funded by the Belgian State since our Congress have voted with a large majority the BAF Funding Law. This budget is partly used to buy foods on the belgian market (which is also a way to support the belgian economy) or also to organize specials operations for example.

Four days ago, a survey have been submitted to our soldiers, in the goal to make an evaluation of the BAF and to see how it can be improved for the future. Every single soldier have answered it (28/28), and we are now able to present you the results of this poll.

These results will be analyzed by the High Command (including our Minister of Defence) & the BAF soldiers, and some changes in our Army could be expected in the near future. You're also free to contact us to share your thoughts about this poll and to help us managing the BAF in the most efficient way.
