PEOPLE OF ARGENTINA,

we, from Brazilian goverment are sorry,

first of all... sorry for writing in english, my lack of spanish or my portuñol much make me avoid to use it in official articles, in order not to offend your language.



In second place,

it look like we started there something we didn´t want to. Both goverments agreed to share Peru, Brazil would take Oil and Argentina would take everything else.

As brothers we share everything, but UNFORTUNATELY the way this share was done, by Brazilian fault (we must admit), threats the image of the glorious leaders you have.

Is a man of Honour, word and is a simple man. He isnt corrupt, we wont enter here the debate about your country politics or politicians, but the RW he started, ignoring the RW auction that was happening, inside the country wasn´t made by his own will.

Ignoring (or not knowing) that there was an auction happening, one goverment bought the RW in Brazil name and gave it as a gift (and also willing to show argentinian gvt support on this rw) to your president, who started it.

Althoguht this is pretty serious, we Brazilians.... your brothers, hope that you do understand that everything was a misunderstood and forgive us, we will keep trying harder and harder to avoid this and will always do the best to you as we would do to our country.
