[Ambassadorial] Explanation of Hungarian Action Upon Slovakia

As eUK ambassador to Hungary, one of our most important allies, I will aim to keep you up to date with the events ongoing at our PEACE allies.
Incase you dont know, Hungary launched an all-out assault on Slovakia and there are two hours to go, with (at the present time) Hungary set to wipe Slovakia off the map. Of course, as always with EDEN v PEACE, in the final half hour, the situation will change. It is predicted that mobile EDEN forces will head to Central Slovakia in the dying moments to salvage at least this, but it is on course to be a Hungarian, and PEACE victory.
When the EDEN people spot this, they will attack me for saying it is EDEN v PEACE. True, Slovakia isn't an EDEN nation; I did my research. However, they are in a good spot for EDEN, have MPP's with EDEN, and are fighting the thing EDEN hate.
But why?
I caught some really interesting reasoning over in Hungary. It really seems that it wasnt overly planned in advance, and happened when Hungary saw the oppurtunity. People seem pretty occupied in the UNL, and so why not give it a go amid the flurry of recent PEACE attacks? With Russia attacking America at Washington, no USA to help Slovakia out. Ouch.
But Hungarian IRC is a very interesting place to be, indeed. You get reasons ranging from the very humourous, to the very serious. To us some reasoning may seem foolish; but Hungary is a different place, and you have to acknowledge real life views.
-"Alot of people in Hungary consider most of Slovakia as our territory anyway. It means highlands in Hungarian."
-"Slovakia is effectively ruled by the Polish anyway. So really, we are liberating the Slovaks from the Polish!"
-"It has been debated for a while, by the public. Why not?"
-"To release them from fear of Czech invasion"
However, the other reasoning is much more simple. If Hungary could take Slovakia off the map, that would make the EDEN wargames go bang. And yes, I know they are a neutral nation who let whoever wants an MPP have one, but about half of EDEN participate, so... yeah.
I feel this will trigger things, one way or another. In the past, fighting has constantly been made on the North American front. The war is now coming to Europe, and the outcome will be interesting. But whatever happens, the Hungarians are up for it, and ready to fight.

Nice. Let's hope they win.
Hungary chose to eat a small, weak country because they are too cowardly to attack a strong neighbor. It was a noble and honourable act, much like kicking a baby, that will certainly increase their respect worldwide. I, like all in the UK, are so very proud to be allied with such people.

Actually Tolan they did attack a strong neighbor, Croatia, who had many allies. They nearly won, too. They have exposed themselves to the possibility of a truly massive counter-attack by EDEN. Now they're taking aim at EDEN's wargames.

those wern't eden wargames. only 9 of the 19 nations involved were from eden.
I didnt say they were EDEN wargames. I said they were effectively EDEN wargames, becuase alot of EDEN nations take part.

Because its truly a very brave action to invade a smaller weaker country. I think the "The czechs will invade it anyway" is funny. Thats called a training war huns.
Regardless of any reasons Hungary might have had, is anyone disputing Slovakia was a neutral nation that had never attacked a PEACE nation?
Lol these reasons are simply ridiculus. Malaysia also holds tw that all (except Norway) eden nations plus US are taking part. Is this means that Hungary will attack Sol members too?
The fact is that this attack was only for Hungary's pleasure and everybody in Peace just did what they told to do like good puppets. Justifying whatever Hungary does is stupid. Why do you feel the need to do such a thing? Is good to use your brains for a change and not let other think for you.
This was the first real win of Peace since i don't even remember (lol) and the most shamefull 😛
I wish you guys would just stay polite. I'd quite enjoy the chat. I'm not justifying anything. I am informing the eUK population, as is my role; what I should do.

nice article. Very few real life Slovaks play this game, e-Slovakia was actually controlled by the Poles. All this talk about Hungary invading a neutral, defenseless country is nonsense. Hungary smoked out a Polish outpost, that's all.
about Principe Alessandro: this goes all the way back to July. at that time, croatians PTO'd Italy. For reasons unclear to me instead of being mad at Croatia, some italians choose to blame hungary for these events. Alessandro is one of them, he has been fighting against hungary and PEACE ever since.
Hm...there is no such a thing like small and tiny country...which is protected by 11 MPP-s out of which one was Poland, the 5th largest country.
Speaking in military terms: the 4th biggest country (Hungary) has beaten the 5th (Poland) and her 11 allies, out of which one was Slovakia. We can estimate the Eden and Peace military supports roughly equal.
Speaking about courage:
When we are not attacking anybody, than we are passive and boring.
When we are attacking, but loosing, than we are "Epic Fail"
When we are attacking and winning, than we are cowards.
When we are attcked (finally!) then sebahmah makes a phonecall and the fun is gone. And again...we are the bad guys.
Actually we play for fun. Sometimes you loose, sometimes you win.

look, this game is not RL - War is fun - on other games similar to this but you are say Goblins and Dwarves war happens 24-7 and yes countries are wiped out, but that only makes people want to take their land back and makes it fun
