[ADP] New P-A-R-T- Y? 'Cos we said so!

Just a quickie… I have a puppy demanding attention.



Recently, me and Hugh decided it was about time we PTO’d a PTO’d party. This game, and Aus in particular, appears to be dying, so we figured having a go with another party would help liven that up for us. Before anyone says anything about the “other” version of eRep...I already 2 click on it, and I think its terrible and don’t enjoy it. I swear, the only reason I 2 click is so I get to go and giggle about it. So yeah, don’t go there. Anyway, we took over Australian Chaos Party in the last elections. Hugh was the only person that ran, so safe to say anyone who was already a member is dead. After some “umming” and “aaring”, we changed the name of the party last night to the ADP - Australian Democratic Party. Yup, another boring generic party name, but we spent hours last night trying to come up with something fun and got nowhere. So when one of us has a brain wave, the name will probably change.



So, what’s so different about this party compared to the 20 thousand other parties in Aus? Well, Hugh is in it, and he’s CAF, so that really should be enough reason to join us. But apart from that, well, we aim to be the most democratic party Aus has had. Meaning that when election times roll around, everyone gets a say, not just a select group on a forum or anything like that...everyone. If we were ever to be fortunate enough to be in the top 5 and have our own congressmen, then they would be chosen by everybody as a whole, not just one person. And if we are lucky enough to hit top 5 one day, then we would be fielding other candidates from smaller parties for congress too.



Of course, we aren’t fully set up yet. But, if you’re someone who is maybe a bit bored with eRep and you want a shoutbox where swearing, disgusting near-the-knuckle jokes and casual abuse is welcome, then you should come and have a gander. Then we all get to call Hugh a C.U.N.T - Communication, Unity, Never retreating, Togetherness, that is 😉

As soon as we’ve got stuff sorted and ready to go, I’ll be publishing more articles.
