Join the new world

Welkome to the Domestics Section of the AC4CP campaign. This will go over the Domestic side of my manifesto in a much more developed way.

The Royal Drive:

A member of Royalty shall start work on a family tree for the royal family, and that royal tree shall be used for a few activities:

-Royal Horse Burger Races.

This will be a Government run betting service, a script for this has already been made. Each participating member of the royal family will be assigned a horse and a colour. They will also be expected to be present in every race, races last around 15 minutes at maximum.

MoE will run the races, with me present to assist in the first one. Also, MoH will be responsible for keeping the Horse Burgers healthy.

-Royal Crests; if there are enough family members, a few royal crests will be made.

These Royal Crests will be used for the Horse Burger Races and other activities members of the royal family participate in.

These will be similar to houses, and each member will have a slightly different crest, but all of them put into around 4 or 5 groups. [These will be used in Royals Vs Gov debates]

-Royals Versus Government; a few debates will be set up for a member of government and a member of the royal family to debate a topic. The topics will vary, one of of the topics that will be discussed will be: The usefulness of player retention opposed to recruiting new players. Participants will be assigned a side and then they have to debate for that side of the debate.

These will be held in a public channel, for anyone to join and watch. Guest speakers will also happen. But that is not all; some of the topics will be minor, some of the topics important or ‘sekrit’, so joining them is worth it.


Financial Section:

There will be several targets that are considered financial, they are:

-A total of £1,500,000 in the eUKs pocket.

The investment scheme MoF currently runs shall continue, while a pitch in scheme shall also be made; a donate to the country donation drive as a way to bump up our cash reserves.

As there are no permanent things we can do to boost our income massively, we will have to wait for the new economic module to do permanent stuff, however, we shall install some temporary measures to attempt to boost our income and hopefully lay foundations of long term temporary structures.

The prosperity of the eUK must be assisted and safeguarded for the future.



Guides and Assistance:

-Guides will be regular, they will be divided into 4 sections; First Steps, Military Advanced, Political Overview and Community Infrastructure.

Several already named guides: How to work, How to buy companies, factories and when to do it, How to join the wider eUK community, How to get the most out of the game.

-NHS shall continue, however, a double bonus week will be started; A week where the players on the scheme shall receive double the food they usually do as an attempt to get them to play and advance a bit more. (The bonus week will be the 3rd week into the term)

Financial Note: NHS will be fully run by donations alone.

I will ensure members of cabinet do chip in when possible with schemes run by government. So a Gov Helps Fund It program shall be present.


Accountability and Productivity:

All ministers and other members of government will be subject to review regularly, to assist in this, each ministry must submit the required amount of reports every 3 days. Therefore, for the entire term, up to 10 reports from each ministry will be made, the dates of these reports shall be assigned to each ministry and the reports posted as part of the presidential announcement. Both on the forum and in-game.

Every minister will also be expected to be a direct representation of their ministry, therefore anything deemed to be partisan activity shall be dealt with without mercy. Anything deemed to be a partisan issue must be dealt with in a mature and non biased manner; A non-partisan player will be in charge of monitoring the debates that fit this criteria.

Government Advisors will also be selected to participate in these debates, to advise on topics to reach a well rounded conclusion.

Ministers that cause a disturbance that is deemed unacceptable shall be removed from their position or demoted to a lesser role. Every Minister and Deputy Minister shall be expected to fulfil every task they have been given, if not, a detailed reason must be presented. There will be an end of term report regarding the accountability and productiveness of Ministers and Deputy Ministers.

Once fired, never reinstated. Once demoted, always double work.


Acting around and about:

There has been a lot of misconduct lately, and its extremely shameful. The PTO of a large party (formally known as UKPP) was a shame and a hit for eUK politics. Everyone suspected of participation will be under extra review if they should apply or put into a role. Can never be too careful, I do not want PTOers and liers in my government.

Stating lies to the public and private ears/eyes. Telling lies to cover yourself or for the lols, is just plain silly. The odd white lie like: “I ate a pigeon that was alive and then made a balloon animal from a snake.” is fine, but when you start faking logs, changing the story as you tell it to different people. It just makes the issue much worse. And guess what, if you do this, you’re the only person that will lose out in the end.

As they say; I am watching you.

Involvement in something that does not concern you. Participating in an affair that isn’t yours to participate in will be dealt with in my government. Sometimes your involvement may help, just weigh up the sides and act accordingly.

To sum it up, if you’ve done wrong in any of the three things above, then you will be kept under review for the entire term you participate in. (Relevant for all successful applicants)

All Gov controlled or part controlled area’s of the eUK community (if I should win) will be cleansed of those who have damaged the credibility of the eUK community to act professionally. There even may be additions like; not being able to participate in certain activities that could cause the bad people to lie, pto or corrupt. (relevant only for the wrongdoers)


Adoption of Ideal Government:

HRH Woldy discussed this in articles and with previous CPs, and with me also, I decided to adopt this; it is where congress have a centred role, in being assistants/trainees in ministries.

Ministers must select a minimum amount from congress, however, if not enough apply, then arrangements will be made. A method to make sure congress is more included in the running of the country and has the chance to learn how certain ministries work and hopefully in to become future ministers themselves. Congress and non-congress players shall be chosen, as I personally believe that non-party players add an equal amount to the country as those within parties.

Congress Speaker and Involvement:

-I do believe congress must have a centred role in the running of the country. Therefore, the speaker shall remain as part of congress as the passing of the proposal suggested that they wanted it.

Congress Speaker will be put up for re-vote on day one of my term, to ensure that is what congress want, if they choose against it, a MoLA will be instated to do the job.

-The Strike and Fire Committee (S&F); the committee which goes over the actions of ministers, deputy ministers and decides along with the Country President whether they did just or unjust to the activity they took part in. A three strike and out system shall also be put in place; if a minister or deputy minister does something unjust three times, they shall either be removed from government or demoted to a lesser role. The committee shall be filled with both congress members and independent members (non-congress) in a representative fashion.

However, a committee of just congress members will be put forward to congress, and they shall choose if a committee of just congress members or part congress and part independent committee is more efficient. The Country President and Congress will decide upon the most efficient method together.

The S&F Committee should deal with those members of Government that fail to achieve the best they can, all ministers will be placed into the S&F system, and no exceptions will be made.
