What is it all about??
It's about the human rights. It's about the right of the employees, they work hard for our companies and what they get??? A small amount of inr. They deserve to get more than the mere salary, they deserve to be your partner in your business.

What is the BiG DeaL then?
BiG DeaL is an offer from my group **Incredible Inc.** to every new or old employee (Actually I don't have any old employee) which can change the way employees are being treated in other groups. It's not a favor, it's their right.

So How does this BiG DeaL thing works?
Well it's simple, Employees will be somewhat 50% partner in the company they work. Whatever they produce they'll get back 50% of it. Of course u won't be getting salary (0.82 inr coz its minimum).

What?? It's just another commune!!!
No it's not. Coz in commune u hav to be active in the IRC and hav to ask for your right. Also sometimes u get dispatch in the event of imp battles only. But here I'll be dispatching u ur dividend of production everyday, even if u r not around to ask for it. Also it'll be regular, and u dont need to ask for it.

What if I don't receive my dividend?
I'll pay interest I can't be much active for another 2 week, and can login every day once, also I may miss any day. So the delay of 2 days at the max can happen. After two days u'll get one product everyday as an interest for any extension. Here also u dont need to ask, I'll giv it on my own.

Why do you think it's profitable??
As I am starting this in my Q3 weapon company only, so I m explaining this taking this as an example. In India every employee produce 16 weapons (As far as I know) and the highest salary is 142 inr. I sell q3 weps at 22 inr price. So in this program you'll get 8 q3 weps, means 176 inr worth of weapons, which is definitely more than the highest paying salary in the Indian market. Even if you consider q3 wep price at 21 inr (The current lowest price) it makes it 168 inr, I havnt seen them lower than 20 inr, so 160 inr is still higher from 142. Whatever the prices or salary rate fluctuation, U can expect same product everytime. I havnt started a Q5 company yet, but if I do, U can imagine ur profit :p

OMG!! I wanna IN!! How to get in?
Currently I am taking everyone who are interested without any criteria. But as u know there is a limit of 10 employees, so only first 10 employee will be taken in to my q3 weapon company. U just have to accept the 0.82 inr offer from the market and send me a msg saying u want to get in the BiG DeaL. Remember If u don't send the msg, I'll consider myself lucky to get a worker who works for less than 1 inr and demands nothing :p

Who'll be benefited from this?
Those who already hav companies and due to the need to work somewhere else too, they join any company.
Those who looks for profit.
Those who want to use their produced goods.

Lastly a word to IAF and AHF Communes!!
I don't want to ruin your setup, and It's a great thing u guys are doing. I just need 10 employees and I dont think this will affect anything to u. I suggest people to not to leave the communes to get into BiG DeaL. But it's just a suggestion
