A Confusing Day - Where the eUS Gov. Wants YOU to Fight!

20 July, 2009, Day 608 of the New World - eAmericans all over the globe woke up today to see that three battles had sprung up all over the place. Russia had launched a two-prong attack on Oregon and Utah, while a resistance war was started in our newly-captured former-Canadian territory of Manitoba. We had conquered Manitoba from French forces just moments earlier, and late last night Canada gained Alaska and Washington from Russian forces. These are all under attack as we speak. So, eAmerican citizens, where does the government want you to fight?

We Must Stand United
Other news agencies may be out dated. Remember: We're human too. This is updated as of 05:05 eRepublik Standard Time (Pacific Standard Time). If you see an update more recent, follow that. I have various co-editors trying to keep up on orders with this issue.

We need you to wait until your last log in for the day to fight. This is because PEACE may try something later in the day. If you must fight, defend Manitoba.

We have over 12 nations fighting to defend us, plus a few of our deployed soldiers are also fighting in these defensive maneuvers. Canada also is grabbing up former eAmerican territories which had fallen to the PEACE Coalition in Russia.

We need the utmost cooperation for this maneuver - so please do not fight for Oregon or Utah unless this order changes.

Citizenship Announced

In later news, the eRepublik Insider gave an interesting article on citizenship and its details once released. I must say, I am thoroughly surprised at the details they have designed. Unfortunately, this will not stop political takeovers. It will make them much more difficult to do, and easier to defend, but the odds are almost always against the defenders.

Keep an eye out, as it is supposed to be released in a few weeks. What ever country you are in when it is released is the country that you are granted citizenship to for the first time.
