~I would like to welcome you to an exclusive interview that I had with Navy II earlier this evening. Navy II agreed to finally break his silence and speak with me. He would only speak publicly about the recent Military Scandal to "A Little Claire-ification."
For those of you who aren't familiar with Navy II, he was the former QMG of the eUS Army and Congressman from Virginia. Last week, a day after the Presidential Elections, Navy II violated his authority and took control of several eUS owned Gun Companies where he sold the guns at a low profit, stole all the money out of the Organization's accounts and then attempted to sell the Companies themselves. Once Navy II succeeded in his thefts, he fled to eSingapore. Recently, the Attorney General, Henry Baldwin, has started an investigation into Navy II and Navy II moved back to the eUS for a short time before moving to eRomania.
I was lucky enough to get a hold of Navy II for a special one-on-one interview....

THE INTERVIEW
Littleton: Hello, Navy II, and thank you for sitting down with me for this interview.
Navy II: Thank you. I felt it time to come clean. I owe it to the eUS public.
Littleton: Would you have considered yourself a well respected eUS citizen?
Navy II: Yes, I was very well respected in the eUS.
Littleton: What about now?
Navy II: Well I think that now not many people in the eUS like me anymore, after the QMG incident. Although I still have a few friends.
Littleton: Do you feel as though people have a right to not be friendly towards you now?
Navy II: I guess they do, but they shouldn't take it personally.
Littleton: Lets get down to brass tax... was it a planned heist? Or did you just decide to do it one day?
Navy II: I was not planning on doing it, otherwise I would have stolen the 540 Gold from the NG Funding also.... which I had a few days before the "incident."
Littleton: Was It an act of... passion? Heat of the moment type deal?
Navy II: No, it was more like a revenge at Congress for driving me crazy.
Littleton: So you are saying you did this to get back at Congress?
Navy II: Yes, although I recognize that the military was in part hurt by this, it was the only way to get back at Congress.
Littleton: In what ways were Congress driving you crazy?
Navy II: The 16th Congress is very inexperienced, it was very hard to agree on something. It took hours if not days to get approvals in order to get funds for the QMG Companies.
Littleton: To get back, you stole the money that was approved?
Navy II: No, the latest fund proposal did not get approved.
Littleton: Did you try to fix Congress... or help the inexperienced members get to the military forums or the voting forums to vote?
Navy II: Not really, that is not my job. That's why they have a bunch of manuals and how-to's topics stickied in the Congress board.
Littleton: Do you think what you did was fair to the Congressmen who do work hard and support the military?
Navy II: I guess not, but one can only take so much Congress and politics.
Littleton: Then why didnt you just resign and move in a less confrontational manner? Didn't you realize what this would do to your eReputation?
Navy II: I was well aware that this would pretty much ruin my eReputation.
Littleton: Would you like to apologize to anyone for your actions?
Navy II: I would like to apologize to Symrstar, he knows why. And I guess those few Congressmen that actually behave like Congressmen.
Littleton: What did you do with all the guns and the money?
Navy II: The guns in the companies were sold in the US market, the companies were sold and the money was invested.
Littleton: Invested in what?
Navy II: Upgrading Companies, Buying export licenses.. tanking.. buying new companies..

Littleton: Why, of all places, did you flee to eSingapore after the incident?
Navy II: I had been thinking about moving to Singapore for a while now, this seemed the right time to move.
Littleton: Why did you sell the guns at such a low cost?
Navy II: I just wanted get rid of the weapons, not get any profit from it, just get rid of them.
Littleton: Did you sell them on the eSingapore market or the eUS market?
Navy II: US Market. I don't even have licenses in Singapore.
Littleton: Would you consider maybe giving the money back to the eUS as a gesture of good will?
Navy II: Yes, I guess we could arrange some sort of deal.
Littleton: I think that would make the eUS as well as yourself feel somewhat better about this matter. Did you completely act alone?
Navy II: Yes, I did not receive ANY help, advise or suggestions from anyone, I acted alone.
Littleton: What do you think of Henry Baldwin's plans he leaked to me regarding NoneSuch being indicted as a second principal to your major fraud case?
Navy II: I find that completely ridiculous. Along with the whole "court" system.
Littleton: Do you know who bought the majority of your weapons?
Navy II: Leroy Combs, Eugenge Harlot... I think they got a few... about 70 in total with their organizations.
Littleton: Is there anything else you would like to say to the eUS?
Navy II: I would like to apologize to all eUS citizens and I would like to ask you to forgive me. I hope that one day, I will be able to talk to all of you without feeling guilty, or
embarrassed.
Littleton: Thank you for coming, Navy II. It is good of you to finally address the public and give them a reason behind why you did what you did.

Cheap ploy for attention by a traitor

I believe that anyone that profits from his theft including his companies should be considered accomplices in his crime(s). Any American Citizens that work for Dakara Holdings or any other organizations or companies owned by Navy II should consider themselves a part of his legacy. Do not validate this type of act by profiting from it.
I never bought any of these weapons and none were purchased by the military if you think you can play this off that what you did didn't really effect the country as a whole. It was already done by the time I got on-line and found out what he had done. Leroy and qn20 bought the companies so at least the people of the eUSA didn't lose the entire investment in these weapons programs. Both Leroy and qn20 have been reimbursed by the gov't. What they did was act quickly to prevent an even bigger loss of the capital investment. They are true patriots that acted selflessly on behalf of the nation they love. Something that Navy has no understanding of. I have been frustrated with Congress on many occassions, but I have enough self-respect not to become a criminal, a thief and a traitor.

Well written Claire, but I think it could be hard to forgive him :/ However I completely understand his reasoning, but the way he dealt with it was perhaps overboard.
Ones character is often defined by ones actions in adversity. Although he claims he was pissed off with congress, that is no justification for his actions. The "adversity" of his frustrations sheds light to his lack of character. Furthermore, this is not an indictment of his online persona, but his actual self. I hope he learns from this experience. Guilt is the very least we deserve.
Just to make this clear.... I did this as a REPORTER. I, in no way, condone his actions nor do I approve or disapprove what he said in this article. I simply interviewed him to get his side of the story in a fair and unbias way.
Rather, at the very minimum he should be guilty for his actions.

Navy is a disgrace to the eMilitary and the eUSA. Congress can be a miserable beast, for sure, but there are honorable ways to make a statement. Navy has no honor.
I have not been reimbursed yet but i hope to soon.
QN20 and I also bought close to 150 weapons between us and donated them back to army and marine orgs. These weapons were purchased for about 1.50 USD total.
Though I have been frustrated with congress I can not understand how someone can hurt so many people for basically nothing. Did he hurt congress, not one bit, did he hurt the military yes tremendously, the people that relied and trusted him the most he spit on and personally profited off of. Some people should be banned from the game or in Navy II's place a second and hopefully last time. I think he has proven he can't play within the rules of the game or civil society.

The Congressional actions he found objectionable --- We asked for the accounting the original agreement called for, when it was pointed out that his labor costs and iron costs were way above market rates and asked for more information.
I'm sorry he's sorry.
But, I was annoyed with Congress, so I committed embezzlement, grand theft and treason?
Wow, I'd hate to see what he'd do if someone cut him off in traffic.
What kills me is that he takes the name "Navy". No true RL sailor would do what he did. If he did, he'd be in Leavenworth.

I'm willing to forgive and forget pending you reimburse the costs of every single last weapon sold and every last dollar profited from this ordeal.

I had a hard time reading this. All of Navy II's comments read like this:

It seems to me like a childish reasons to steal from us. "I was bitter at Congress" and "They wouldn't fund my companies fast enough" seem to be his principal reasons here.
I get pissed at Congress all the time, there's a ton of infighting, and almost everyone (even non-Congress members) are making constant power grabs. Instead of stealing, ruining your credibility, and making a small dent that will be forgotten in about a week, you should have tried to fix the problem Navy. With your experience, and the way people respected you (including myself, admittedly) you could have fixed the system rather than make this halfhearted attempt to bring it down. This game needs people who try to help others, not those who look down upon those who are new and attempt to hurt them.

Re his employees: They should quit the company and quit allowing him to profit off their labors. This is not like Enron. It is more like if Enron supported the Iraqi's killing Americans. Should their employees then not be held accountable?
The appropriation that Navy got upset about failed because some of us wanted to actually see a budget. But by his reasoning, basically the congress has to just sort of agree to whatever the military wants, and if not, people are entitled to throw tantrums.
It's bullshit like this, among other nonsense, that is fast eroding my interest in this game.

@Citizen Dru: Navy took things too far. You wanted a budget, my superiors yelled at me to get a budget, I yelled at my XO to make a open market weapons (OMW) budget. Meanwhile I crunched numbers on the nationalized weapons companies.
Even with the tragic comedy that this article is based off of, the patriots of this nation marched on to accomplish what needed to be done.

Navy's explanation sounds like a half-truth. I can understand if he was frustrated with congress - that part is plausible. But the actions that supposedly came from this don't make sense. That's like saying I didn't like something Moishe said to me so, in frustration, I shut my businesses down and put people out of work - to make Moishe suffer for it 😛 - I can't find the logic there 😮/.

This is SerraAngel, reaching out to you as one of the Public Defenders defending Navy in his ongoing case.
I'm noting that in your article about him, you make blanket assertions in your introductory paragraphs about his commission of crimes and overreaching of authority. The proper nomenclature is that he is "ACCUSED OF" these actions.
This is the eUSA. There is a serious trial underway and the Defendant is innocent until proven guilty, whether or not you have succeeded in convicting him the media. A declaration of this sort is irresponsible when coming from a member of the media.

@SerraAngel: I do not appreciate you questioning my journalistic integrity. Navy has been accused of these crimes and there is solid factual base that he DID do everything I've stated above. Not to mention, he admitted to the whole thing on more than one occasion. So, for you to come into my article and publicly accuse me of this... it is quite unprofessional. Perhaps you should pick up a textbook of journalistic ethics and do some reading. You had PMed me about this and it was very unnecessary to bring it up here as well.
@Loftedraptor: I have recently decided to make it a personal goal to write an expose on the US Court Systems and their downfalls. Look for it within a week. It would be one thing if they handled things in an appropriate manner while lacking any real power, but they seem to go out of their way to make the courts as annoyingly unpleasant, unrealistic and unprofessional as they can while having no real power. For a group of people who want to be taken seriously, they make it damn hard for us to take them as such. This includes everyone from the judges, the defense attorneys, prosecutors and the bailiffs.
