تحياتي أيها الإخوة الأخوات

لقد مر زمن بعيد لآخر دورة رئاسية لي كرئيس للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخلال هذه الفترة كنت أراقب وأفكر في إحتياجات بلدنا. لقد رأيت الكثير من الجهود للوصول إلى لاعبين جدد, ولقد رأيت البرامج التي يمكن أن يستفيد منها اللاعبين القدامى، ولكن للأسف، لا الاعبين القدامى أو الجدد شاركوا في هذه البرامج التي كان من الممكن أن يستفيدوا منها.

ولقد كنت أفكر لماذا عدد قليل جدا من لاعبينا إستفادوا من الموارد المجانية، ومنح الذهب، ولقد توصلت لبعض الأسباب:ـ

1- ناس لا يعلمون شيئا عن وجود هذه البرامج بكل بساطة
2- ناس لديهم كبرياء ولا يقبلون مساعدة من أحد
3- هناك حاجز لغة كبير بين العربية والإنجليزية
4- اللاعبين العرب لا يثقون باللاعبين الأجانب

هذه هي القضايا الأساسية التي كانت تعطل تقدم المملكة العربية السعودية لمدة طويلة من الزمن. هذه البلد بحاجة ماسة جدا لعدد أكبر من اللاعبين العرب للإنخراط في الحياة السياسية والمشاركة في مجتمعنا.

وبناءّ على هذه المتطلبات سوف أنشئ فريق عمل من لاعبين عرب حقيقيين, وستكون هذه مجموعة من اللاعبين العرب ذوي الخبرة الذين يجيدون التحدث بالعربية, ويمكنهم نقل معرفتهم لميكانيكا اللعبة إلى اللاعبين الجدد, كما أنها سوف تجلب لاعبين قدامى إلى مجتمعنا, الذين نتمنى أن ينضموا لفريق العمل.

مقدام سوف يكون قائد هذه المجموعة, ومنشئ هذا التشكيل, فهو محترم, وأيضا يتقن العربية والإنجليزية, ويمكنه سد الثغرة ما بين اللغة العربية الإنجليزية, ولديه فهم جيد لميكانيكا اللعبة, هذه هي الصفات المثالية التي نحتاجها من أجل بناء هذا الفريق.

إذا كنت مواطن سعودي, وتتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة, ولديك فهم جيد لميكانيكا اللعبة, رجاء راسل مقدام فبإمكانه ضمك لفريق العمل. لديك هذه الفرصة لإحداث تأثير كبير في بلدنا.

هناك شيئان آخران سوف ينشئان هذا الشهر. لقد قدمت ريماكس فكرة بحيث تقوم الحكومة بإنشاء مهام لتحفيز اللاعبين. وأعتقد بأنها فكرة جيدا جدا, وسوف أحرص كل الحرص على تنفيذها هذا الشهر, وسوف تكون متاحة بعدما نتستكمل جمع القوائم

هناك أمر أخير سوف أطبقة بكل حزم هذا الشهر وهو مهام وزارة الشئون التشريعية. فوزارة الشئون التشريعية مسئولة عن تأهيل الأمة لإختيار رئيس الحزب الحاكم, وأيضا مسئولة عن تأهيل أعضاء مجلس النواب (الكونجرس) وبهذه الطريقة يمكن لرئيس الحزب إختيار الأصلح منهم وقت الترشيح للإنتخابات. مولينوس عرب و بينجولبونجا أهل ثقة لتنفيذ هاتان الوضيفتان المهمتان. وسوف يعملان سويا لسير إنتخابات رئاسة الحزب وإنتخابات الكونجرس بكل سلاسة.

ويجب إستمرار هذه الوظيفة شهريا لأنها جزء أساسي من دستور المملكة العربية السعودية.

لم أشكل مجلس الوزراء بعد, لذلك إن كنت تريد العمل مع الحكومة, أرسل لي رسالة خاصة ويمكننا ان نتبين ما العمل الذي يمكنك القيام به في مجلس الوزراء. كل اللاعبين الشرعيين مرحب بهم للعمل مع الحكومة كعضو بمجلس الوزراء طالما لديك الرغبة ولديك عطاء, ما عليك سوى أن ترسل لي رسالة خاصة إذا كنت مهتما لهذه الوظيفة.

أود أن أذكر الجميع عن برامجنا التي يجب عليهم إستخدامها لجعل خبرتهم في اللعبة أفضل وأسهل

أسلحة المقاتلين: إذا كنت قاتلت لقضية تخدم المملكة العربية السعودية وعمرك أكثر من 100 يوم في إي ريبوبلك أرسل رسالة خاصة لـ آي-جي-جي لتعويضك عن خسائرك لدبابات كيو7

منح الذهب: يمكن للمواطنين المخلصين التقدم للحصول على المنح كل شهر, تصل لعشرين قطعة ذهب شهريا. وهذه المنح مخصصه لتطوير مركز التدريب وبهذه الطريقة يمكن لقوة حسابك أن تنمو بسرعة. يمكنك تقديم طلب منحة الذهب إذا كانت لديك مواطنة المملكة العربية السعودية لمدة لا تقل عن 100 يوم, و 500 نقاط قوة, وميداليتين العامل المجتهد.

إذا كانت لديك إحتياجات وبرامج المنح لا تحققها, الرجاء الإتصال بي شخصيا, وسوف أرى مالذي أستطيع فعله لتحقيق تلك الإحتياجات

في النهاية, أود أن أذكر الجميع بأننا بحاجة إلى مشاركتكم. فكل واحد منكم يستطيع أن يأثر إيجابا بالطريقة التي يلعب فيها, وأفضل الأشياء التي ممكن أن تقدمها للمملكة العربية السعودية هي تقوية حسابك والمشاركة الإجتماعية. وكلي أمل بأن يتقدم اللاعبين العرب لفريق العمل, لإنشاء إتصال أفضل ما بين المواطنين والحكومة. فالذي يأخرنا ليس قلة عددنا, إنما قلة النشاط والتواصل ما بين اللاعبين القدامى. فلو كان لدينا نشاط وتواصل أكثر ما كان لدينا خوف أو هاجس من الإحتلال السياسي.

Greetings brothers and sisters,

It has been a while since i have been CP, and during that time i have been watching and thinking about the needs of our country. I have seen many efforts to reach new players, and i have seen programs which could benefit old players, but sadly, neither old nor young participate in these programs which could benefit them.

So i have been thinking about why so few of our players make use of the free supplies, and gold grants, and i have come up with some reasons:

1 people simply don’t know these programs exist.
2 people have pride and don’t want to accept help.
3 there is a big language barrier.
4 real arabs don’t trust our english speaking politicians.

These are fundamental issues which have been crippling eSaudi Arabia for a long time. This country desperately needs more of it’s real arab players to get involved in politics and participate in our community.

In response to this need, I will institute a task-force of real arab players. This will be a group of experienced arab players who speak fluent arabic and can communicate their knowledge of game mechanics to new players. also they will bring older arab players into our community, and hopefully, those players will also join the task-force.

Miqdaam will be the leader of this group, and the builder as it is forming. he is respectable and speaks both arabic and english very well. He can bridge the language barrier between arabic and english and he has a strong understanding of game mechanics. These are the ideal qualities that we need in order to build this task force.

If you are a citizen in eSaudi who speaks arabic fluently, and you have a strong understanding of game mechanics, please contact Miqdaam so that he can bring you into our task-force. You have this opportunity to make a big impact in our country.


there are 2 other things that i will institute this month. Remiix came up with an idea to make government sponsored missions to motivate players. i think it’s a good idea so i want to make sure it happens this month. after we have a good list, these missions will become available.

the last thing that i want to firmly establish this month, are the duties of the MoLA. The MoLA is supposed to prepare the nation for our party president, and prepare our congress so that our Party President has a good selection of players to choose from when it’s time to pick a congress. Molinos Arabes and Penjualbunga are reliable to do these 2 important jobs. They will work together to be sure that our Party elections and Congress elections go smoothly. these jobs should continue from month to month because they are essential and they are part of our constitution.


So far i don’t have a cabinet for this month. if you want to work with the government, message me and we can see how you do in the cabinet. all legitimate players are welcome to work with the government as a cabinet member, as long as you will work. Talk to me privately if you are interested.

I would like to remind everyone of the programs which our citizens should be using. these are here for you to make your game experience easier and better.

Weapons for Warriors: if you fight for a cause that supports eSaudi and you are over 100 days old, talk to I-G-D about having your Q7 weapons refunded.

Gold Grants: loyal citizens can apply for gold grants each month, up to 20 gold per month. these grants are for specific use in upgrading your training facilities so you can grow stronger faster. you can apply if you have had eSaudi citizenship for at least 100 days, have 500 strength, and 2 Hard Worker medals.

If you have a need that these programs don’t fulfill, please contact me personally and i’ll see what can be done to help you.


In closing, i want to remind all of our citizens that we need your participation. Each of you make your own value by the way that you play. The best things anyone can do for eSaudi Arabia are, to get strong, and to get involved in the community. I am really hoping that our real arab players will step up, join our task-force, and create a better connection between the government and the citizens. What holds this country down, is not lack of new players, it is lack of activity and community among old players. if we had more activity and community, we wouldn’t need to worry about PTO attempts.
