平時隊長及副隊長會常駐在IRC頻道及國軍軍頻上，隊員如有論壇認證及IRC使用問題請連絡他們，他們將樂意提供教學給隊員們。

本公報定期在IRC國軍頻道及PTT_Formosa發佈國家軍令，另外建議軍民養成開機後一起登入IRC並掛在國軍頻道上及定期確認國軍論壇的好習慣。

國防部平民暨小隊軍令 // Ministry of Defense Civilian & ROCNT Orders － 國防部軍令等級劃分（Day 1,218 更新）

本軍令適用於所有人，包含eROC國軍小隊及公民。
This Order suit to all citizens of eROC, and eROC National Troops.
