国会の選挙の新しいルール。

みんなさん今日は、
今日私が国会（こっかい）の選挙（せんきょ）の変わりは話したいんだ
二か月からこのルールはいて、今月は始めてe日本に来る。
何が変わったの？
一番大きい変わりは、今から一人物を選ばないで、政党（せいとう）を選ぶ。
そして、党首（とうしゅ）は 11月24日に候補者（こうほしゃ）を決める。
今月１０人を決めてもいい
筆頭（ひっとう）ある一人の勝ちに投票数（とうひょうすう）の10分の1は足りる。
二人は20%... などなど
ｅ日本のアクティブな人口の10%は１４人だ。
別の変わりは 全日本に同じ人々を選ぶこと、地方は関しない。

Hello everyone!
In this article I'd like to present some changes that occured in election system since we had our last elections in eJapan.
The biggest change is that you no longer vote on certain person, but rather on whole political party. And its party leaders' choice now, who (and in what order) to set on election list.
With 1 region, every PP can set 10 candidates, and 10% of total votes will be needed for 1 congress member to win elections, 20% for two ppl from party list..etc.
10% is 14 people (142 ppl were voting in last prez elections) , it's pretty large number (by eJapan standards),
The other change is that we won't have regional lists, but rather one national list of candidates (which doesn't really matter in eCountry with 1 region,btw.)
