Hi Collogues, Comrades & Citizens
I had it in mind to sum up why I feel eIreland should support me but another article bet me too it.
So before you read on please visit A Change is Gonna Come by Michael Holcomb.
Michael is a new player and shows great promise and it is fitting that he, considering that I put a lot of emphasis on promoting newer players during my campaign, should get the last say.
Citizens the Ballot Box is nearly open and I ask you to vote, vote as a citizen of eIreland, vote for WHS or Ethel but Vote.
Democracy is built in to this game and cannot be taken from us so use it!
So head to the polling station and vote!

Bought Votes?
What do you mean Eagna? If you are talking about Rolo, the Canadian who is on an anti-Ethel campaign, that has little to do with WHS aside from his being the other candidate. Can't really fault WHS for an anti-Ethel foreigner, especially when he has spoken out against it.
No, I was suggesting votes for this article were bought.
I also assume that it was not WHS who bought them but Rolo who bought votes for WHS in the election too.
I don't blame WHS though as Rolo is acting against Ethel, not in support of WHS.
It is a great article urging people to vote, I hope it has a high vote count if for the idea alone.
It's a good article granted, though not even 100 people have vted in the election yet. Taking into account not all of those that have voted will have read this article and voted here too.

Or foreigners voting. I'm not sure why anyone would buy votes for an article like this, but maybe I am a bit innocent to these matters.
Ireland needs change. And I know WHS can bring that change to Ireland. We had enough with guys who stayed in power too long.
Yes why would they? WHS has never received 100 Votes for an article before, previous highest was 62 Votes, so why would a large spike occur now?
Interesting that it occured the same time as Rolo attempts to buy WHS votes, if Rolo has money to burn to buy votes in the election then I assume he has money to burn to buy votes for WHS's articles in an attempt to make WHS seem like the popular candidate and make the election seem fair.
Both are popular candidates, both supported by multiple parties. This election is going to be a fair, but likely closeish match. Regardless Ireland wins, how could it not with the two great candidates we have before us?
Why do you assume only people who want to vote for WHS are upvoting this article?
I never said that or implied that, I mentioned that not even 100 votes have been cast overall in the election whereas there have been 100 votes in this article.
Eagna; Only 1 of WHS's CP articles has reached top 5 in the first day of publishing aswell. If I was him or his election manager, I would have brought votes for all of them. I'm on the ICA channel alot, when a commander pings everyone to vote an article, everyone votes an article; Mindless votes are all good as eachother.
I'd love someone to argue with that. Its not like, defo when orgs were around, during elections people had a media war to push opposition articles out of the top 5? lol
@Seanan: Yes its intelligent to buy votes for his campaign article though I didn't really expect this to become a debate, I assume Rolo bought the votes for this article like he attempted to buy votes for the election and not WHS buying votes here. It is a clever tactic, buying votes and pushing opposition articles out, if it works it works.
Don't turn Ireland into puppet of Canada and ONE
I am not particularly sure how anything here relates to Ireland becoming a puppet of Canada, and Canada and ONE are even opponents, Canada is still in Terra, just not in EDEN.
Buying votes for articles for event articles (like CP elections, government announcements) I think is appropriate use of vote buying.
Aye, the debate sparked cuz some of WHS's supporters are reading your questioning of the votes as questioning the creditability of WHS's support thus far. Too early to tell, but if WHS were to win, the fact Rolo has tried to sway the election will put a black mark on the win. Obviously that going to materialise into something, so keep ya head down Eagna : P
I believe WHS knows that I am not attempting to blacken his name, I know Rolo is the culprit and not WHS, I support WHS in his aims if he is elected and I believe both candidates will serve eIreland well. I am just disappoited that this has occured as it taints the election. I don't want the citiziens of eIreland to sell their votes for weapons at the expense of their own voice.WHS has already spoken out about Rolo and I respect him for distancing himself from Rolo and attempting to run a fair
election though sadly whats done is done. I just hope for the best candidate to prevail and lead eIreland onto better things during their term in office. We all must question things otherwise how will we progress and learn. Are you suggesting I put my head in the sand? in the hope that I don't taint my own image?
I will reiterate, I am not attempting to blacken WHS's name, as I know Rolo is behind the buying of votes which has tainted these elections.
Keep ya head down as don't give credit to anything Rolo does by talking about it. Doesn't deserve the mention.

I think Rolo has succeeded in transferring the worst of eCanada's politics to Ireland. I'll be voting for WHS but I consider this wanton and unwelcome interference to be pretty despicable, and could well backfire. Nothing unites us more than foreign interference and Rolo and his tanks can get stuffed
PS. Anyone asking for Q6 tanks can expect to have their PM screenshot for future blackmail by Rolo and his band of merry muppets
