Why is there no MPP with Peru?

Hello America,
I always get blasted for pointing out these things, but someone has to do it.

Indonesia PTO'd Thailand, singed an MPP with Argentina and then attacked Thailand the next day.
Why would Indonesia do that?
Well they now have a FREE WAR!!! with Argentina via their South African (yeh, those winners again) border.
Why would Indonesia want a war with Argentina?
What is there of value in South America?

I would say that our government is on top of it enough to get an MPP in place to protect Peru, but I'm really not so confident in that anymore. So this is a heads-up. Watch your back Peru!
