Vento Aureo Candidate Emerges!

Howdy Pakistan! In the past few months we have increased population and activity with our recent wars. I was Country President prior to The_DarkKnight but during his term and up till now I have been active in Congress and other positions in Government. This is why I feel the pressure on as the next elections approach.

The other candidates don't seem to be the best options to me so I have decided to run again for Country President myself. When I was President before activity was low and participation in Government was very low. People complained about this but also refused to help. I feel activity has increased and maybe I can have a decent time of it this go around instead of doing everything alone.

Former Country President's endorsment

One of the main things I want Pakistan to do is join the Forums and use IRC more regularly. This way we can keep in more constant communication on the matters of the day.

One good thing to come out of recent events is the return of our regions in our homeland. I will try to keep them through negotiations. If negotiations don't work we will fight for them. In the past month we went to war with Israel and denied them a Congress, we also signed several Mutual Protection pacts. All of this has come at great cost financially. Luckily, my suggestion on increasing Income Taxation were finally heeded and now we are slightly better able to maintain some Alliances.

Of most Paramount importance is that I am very active and not trying to just get a President Medal. All my previous roles as Country President here have been mediocre due to general lack of activity then. Well, I hope this will be a thing of the past now as we have more citizens, more regions, and more potential to grow.

We setup a project for a National Military this month but due to the absence of our President this has been scrapped. Still it is a good idea and I am currently the commander of the only Military Unit offering commune supplies. Croatia is back in India, sigh, and I think they are there for total conquest again. Poland has recently signed a Mutual Protection Pact with Hungary possibly fragmenting the Sirius Alliance. How this and other things effect us here are yet to be seen.
