UKPP PP Election

I left eRepublik a few months ago as half of the UK population quit because of the harassment and negativity spread by a few players. Things seem to have calmed down so maybe it's time for a comeback?

When I left, UKPP was the largest party in the UK and my gold fortune was left to Alfagrem to run the Royal Airforce. Even though it seems like a decent job is being done keeping UKPP alive, I want to take us further once again.

So I am running for UKPP PP.



What can I do?

1) UKPP Discussion Area
When I am PP, I don't rule and control the party. I hand it over to the players. My first act will be to create a UKPP discussion area in the game using mass PMs. There won't be a complicated voting system and limited membership locking off things from ost party members. Anyone who wants to join can join and have an equal voice. I've done this before and it works!

2) Congressmen Selection Vote
I won't put my favorite players into the congress list just take whoever signs up. I'll encourage everyone in the party to sign up and run a vote (on googledocs) for that the UKPP players choose who they want to see getting congress seats. Should get everyone more invovled and likely to vote!

3) High Quality Articles
The media is quiet and full of gif spam so I'd like to get some proper articles back, actually talking about strategies and events in eRepublik. It's sad to see the monty python copy/paste players ruling the country. They don't take anything seriously so the UK is kind of weak and boring. Together we can challenge them!

4) Party Rebrand
The UKPP logo is pretty old by now so I'd like to suggest updating it a little. I have a few ideas and I've been good at making these kinds of things in the past (I actually made the UKRP logo). Now I'm not going to do this without the party saying yes, so there'll be a vote on this when I have some choices to present to you. A change will be good advertising by catching the eye of existing players!
