Join the new world

I am UK's finest. For those of you on the external forum or IRC you will know me as finest01. I am running for London in the congress elections this October. I am active on the forum, military portal, and I visit the IRC too. This means that I am always at the hot end of any action.

I have divided this manifesto into 2 parts.

1) Who am I and why I am worth your time.
2) What I will do for you.


A bit about me:

I am a proud eUK and London citizen having spent all my elife in both. I have represented London twice before in congress and I hope the people of this nation will send me back to the hot seat.

- I am the Chairman of the London Council as well as the Health Councillor. I have spent 6 terms as the London Health Councillor (thats 6 months), this if nothing else shows my raw commitment to London and the people of this great place.

- I created the free wellness scheme for all London players that have let their health slip. To witness my actions 1st hand please visit the London forum for more information.

- I have also served as a corpral in the (now destroyed) Royal Guard squads C4 and C3. This shows that I am commited, trusted and can take orders as well as motivate others. - I am always active so you can speak to me easily and witness my reactions to events as they occur. I am always willing to speak to all players no matter what their point. If you have any questions come and speak to me, and I will help you out.



Policies:




- I support the HoL, this is becuase congress (RL equivalent -Parliment) sometimes makes mistakes. These errors need to be highlighted; the Lords. The House of Lord is also good as it means that the most experianced players can be in the 'Special Forces' and have a say in politics. The downside to being in congress is you can not travel abroad; you cannot fight in many battles for the nation.





- With the recent demise of PEACE, the eUK has dropped out of world super-alliance. This means that we do not have a rigid protection structure (althought we still have friends from PEACE days). I propose if I am elected into congress I will continue to work on helping to create an alliance in Europe between similar sized, like minded, friendly nations.





- A stable currency. This is VITAL in my opinion. We will struggle economically if we do not have stable prices. Our neighbour France, has had the solid exchange rate of 40 FRN - 1 Gold for a long time. Therefore I strongly support the Chancellor of the Exchequer (CoE) Dillthedog and his plans to stabilise the economy (some of the plans are in sensitive).





- War for one and all. I would aim for 'rolling war', ie whenever you come online there will be either a 'real' war or a 'training' war to join in with. War is not like war in real life, war here does hurt anyone, yet it boosts activity and stimulates the economy. Check out this recent article I wrote on the matter.
With the withdrawl from PEACE the eUK will not have as much war, therefore having people like me around that will push for action to be restored is a must.





- Newbies. I will continue to write articles with guides for new players. (If you would like to support me in this aim please subscribe to my paper.)
