The USA results were with 99 participants, and there were definitely people who could have had an honorable mention for both fool and troll, but GCL won both categories by a decent margin. He also had more than a couple votes for Puppet Master, but the other three dominated that category.

I'm not agree. In Romania, Master Puppet are Han Solo & Mesther, master trolls are Crista and Mihai Cazacu. Equimanthorn is master clone : D I think.... and fools.... there are so many that I must write a list bigger than a phone book to name all of them.
