So when you upgrade you free training grounds is it still free to train or do you have to pay for more than just the upgrade? because I have some gold to spend but not enough to spend everyday.
And also I have no idea how to put a heading on my newspaper, I have a great one but I don't know how to apply it to my articles.

That one is always free and it should be the first thing you upgrade. Wait until the Training Ground sale comes up before upgrading it though. You'll save a lot of gold.
