Training war with the Netherlands

Hi there my UK friends,

We've been in a training war for some time now. At some point you were probably told that the TW between our countries was being shut down. However due to some inconveniences the citizens of NL have decided to ask if you want to continue our TW untill the end of the resource wars.

What does this mean? It means that you may continue winning the direct wars against the Netherlands. Currently we have a campaign in Eastern Netherlands which the United Kingdom should win.

I hope you guys will continue cooperating like you have this month!

I don't really get it. What does it mean? UK will wipe NL to close the war? UK will keep winning direct attacks, NL will keep winning RWs, thus the war won't be closed until the end of the event?
