Congratulate you with achieving all resources you wanted in this Resource War.

We appreciate your perseverance in conquest of wolfram, it was epic. We all have seen your tries and success today.

Our Training War (Romania-Ukraine) surely helped you to have optimal temp in gathering Domination Points in time.

Now it's time to set status quo. Fight for Ukraine in Donbas, this region is flexible for us. Give us back our native regions, not preserved by Treaty.

Hope we'll fight together in a New World after this Resource changing. We are good friends and we hope you are too.

As I know rules for TW are simple:
All RW's are won by Ukr and all direct battles are won by Rom

you are right. But some times Romania haven't allow to win RW UA. That's why now we have to change construction
