Thoughts on the eAus politicial divide

Day 2,974, 11:13 Published in Australia Australia by Lord TJ

Sup all

Obviously I've been out of the loop for what seems like e-years (although accurate) but as a long time e and RL Aussie, Senator (what Congress members used to be called here), Speaker (when we had a real legislature), PP and CP (when the CP used to be called Prime Minister prior to Plato's saintly intervention once more) ..

I share these thoughts.

Firstly, let me share with you a time when eAustralia had actual beefs to sort domestically. That was a time for civil war (of sorts) and it made sense to take up arms and defend what you believed in - even if it put you on the opposition backbenches forever and governments weren't so secret in making you suffer for it.

It was a time when game life was interesting, though tough, yet whatever was going on made sense to each other even if people didn't go your particular take on it. Best way to explain - whether loud and proud or displayed with quiet dissent - there was a point to the homeland strife.

To the present..

Let me start off by saying I remember when wee JackTrout was a e-lad. All dapper in his kid-sized trilby taking walks with the grown ups into the forest searching for the legendary drop bear. Aww .. BAHAHA!

*erhm* Serious face now.

Australia .. FFS .. is at war. This time not through political differences but through the Grand Master of eRep himself, Platomus Maximus the Ballsy.

And how do the citizenry react? By going the CP.

*Slow clap*

Have to head off now so I'll cut short this thought into a really simple TL😉R

Work with Jack and stop being a bunch of nancies.

Cheers, Dad
