The War In Wexford

Day 2,738, 07:45 Published in Ireland Ireland by Calum OConnell

As any true Irish man or woman should know, we are wining the war in Wexford. We will soon be reunited with our friends and families who were taken suddenly by those fecking French English Canadians! What a fool they were for even daring to take on such a tight and close family as Ireland! These people, who may I remind you are only famous for their maple syrup, thought they could defeat a country who single-handedly fought off the entire British empire during the early 20th century! I hear Canadians are good at apologizing... Well let's hear their apology as we run them out of our rightful land! Keep on the fight my good brothers and sisters! For a time is coming when all will hear of the bravery our lord gave us on this fine blessing of a battle! Nobody! And I mean Nobody! Can take what was and will never be theirs!

However, here is some food for thought... Why was this land taken from us in the first place? With such a large family as Ireland who was the Judas who betrayed us while we broke bread together? I want you to look closely at the community we were given and focus on those who follow the ways of the British, thinking only of their greed! I remember reading accounts of the Great Famine where the poorest would give what little food they owned to make sure their community was strong! Like the old women given what little money she owned to the collection at mass, why should we share our victory with those who give nothing! The good lord tells us to love thy nabour! Well I tell you that our nabour is not the one who farms food while you throw what little weapons you have in the bundle!

In other news, to celebrate the on coming victory my home city of Limerick will be hosting an Irish dancing competition for everyone 18 and younger. Both boys and girls are invited to join in at a cost of only 3 IEP in an attempt to raise fund to build back the churches of Wexford. Buns and raffles will be held where any friend, families or visitors are more than welcome to spend as much as they like. An open bar will also be hosted but we will ask you to drink responsibly. The world thinks of us as drunken fools when we all know they simply can't handle their alcohol! I personally would like to sponsor the O'Connell Cream Wisky! None of that Scottish dry filth, we Irish know the real art to drinking!

As always, question!
