The Treatment of Government Organizations in This Game

I just posted a suggestion in the forums of this game pertaining to the unreasonable treatment of national organizations by the admin staff. You can find the letter here.

Hello everyone,

Earlier I received a response to a report of an unjust banning of two governmental Bulgarian organization that submitting tickets was not the proper channel to appeal a decision. OK. Fine. I will grant admins that. However, there was something else in my report that was targeted at a more general trend in eRepublik- the treatment of official government organization by admins.

These organizations are very different than your usual organizations and admins must realize that. If such an organization gets banned, it affects the whole country and not just a few cheaters. Essentially, it boils down to the fact that the official government gets branded as cheaters, even though they are not. From that point of view the cases involving national organizations have to be reviewed quicker than other cases. They have to take priority as these organizations are the most important in a country. Therefore, I cannot simply accept a response along the lines of "Please, be patient and we will get to your case."

I know of two countries that are currently affected by the slow response of and the unreasonable treatment of governmental organizations by admins- Brazil and Bulgaria. I am sure there are more. I am very familiar with the Bulgarian case. Historically, we have had our national bank banned for almost a month, which is absolutely crippling for a given country. We had our elite army unit's organization banned for almost three weeks, which crippled our army. And now we have our two youth organizations banned, which affects the efforts we do to retain new users we attract during baby booms. The first two organizations were unbanned and I am positive the last two will be, too but why do we have to go for a month without them?

Please, identify that governments are with special status in this game and they need to be treated somewhat differently than personal accounts. This is not to appeal the two banned organizations but to ask for a change in the current system.
