Présentation du pays

L’Irlande fit parti des premiers pays implantés dans eRepublik en 2008. L’Irlande est un pays de moins de 500 joueurs et qui compte à l’origine 6 régions. En effet l’ennemi héréditaire de l’Irlande, l’UK, les a une nouvelle fois rasé. Mais nous y reviendrons un peu plus tard.
L’Irlande n’a jamais eu la prétention de jouer une place importante sur l’échiquier géopolitique de l’eMonde à l’inverse de l’eFrance parfois. Les irlandais n’ont pas de vision bilatérale c’est à dire être dans le bon ou le mauvais camp. Ils ont toujours fait confiance à des pays et s’y tiennent. C’est pour cette raison qu’ils sont toujours très attaché à des anciens pays d’EDEN.
L’Irlande n’a jamais eu de gros baby-boom comme nous l’avons connu parfois. Pour donner un ordre d’idée, l’Irlande c’est la même situation que les Pays-Bas.
Ce pays a eu de nombreux problèmes dans le passé pour avoir un congrès. En effet, les guerres incessantes contre l’UK leur a valus plusieurs fois l’absence d’un congrès comme ce mois-ci.



Son histoire



Durant la bêta, l’Irlande fit parti de l’alliance North Alliance (NA) composé de la Norvège, de l’UK, de la Suède, des USA et de la Roumanie. Elle combattit la France dans la guerre qui opposait à l’époque la Suisse à la France, l’Italie et le Pakistan. Autre bataille à leur actif, la défense de l’Afrique du Sud contre l’Indonésie. On commence d’ailleurs à voir l’intérêt des irlandais à aider les autres pays. Libertad, MU combattant les pays envahisseurs peu importe l’alliance, est issus de ce mouvement. Proche des suédois, ils les ont également rejoints dans la guerre contre l’Allemagne. Durant la WW I (août 2008 - décembre 200😎, l’Irlande s’est positionné avec la Roumanie même si un groupe de dissidents ont préféré soutenir la Hongrie. Le début du conflit précipita la dissolution de NA et la création d’ATLANTIS*. L’Irlande n’ayant pas rejoint cette dernière, elle se retrouva sans alliance. Désireuse de former une alliance, l’Irlande tenta de créer l’ESA (European Social Alliance) mais elle échoua en raison des deux alliances existantes mais aussi de la mésentente entre différents pays voulant la rejoindre (plus la destruction de l’union Germano-autrichien). Dans les pays favorables à cette alliance, on peut citer la France (qui avait donné son accord) ou encore l’UK et la Pologne qui étaient intéressés.

*ATLANTIS regroupait l'Argentine, la Bosnie, le Canada, la Croatie, la Finlande, l'Allemagne, la Grèce, Israël, la Norvège, la Pologne, la Roumanie, l'Espagne, la Suède, l'UK et les USA.


Durant la V1 (Octobre 2008 - Juillet 2010), l’Irlande a fait beaucoup de Training War notamment avec les USA, le Canada, la Lituanie/Lettonie et la Malaisie. D’ailleurs, durant la fameuse guerre Malaisie/Indonésie, bien connu de l’eFrance, l’Irlande a soutenu ses alliés contre l’envahisseur indonésien. L’Irlande ne participa pas à la WW II qui commença en Décembre 2008 (après la fin de la WWI) pour finir en Juin 2009. La conséquence directe de la fin de la WW II sera la dissolution d’Atlantis. Durant ce même mois de juin 2009, l’Irlande et l’UK se sont affrontés pour la première fois afin d’évaluer leurs forces militaires. A l’époque l’animosité entre ces deux pays était naissant.
De juillet à novembre 2009, la WW III éclata et l’Irlande s’aligna du côté d’EDEN contre Peace. Au cours du mois d’août 2009, l’Irlande s’allia avec la Grèce pour défendre cette dernière contre la Turquie. La Grèce réussit à repousser l’envahisseur et rentra dans EDEN. Cette guerre se termina par la dissolution de Peace et provoqua la création de Phoenix au cours du mois de décembre de la même année.
Après la création de PHOENIX, la WW IV commença pour se finir qu’en mars 2011.
Le mois de février 2010 vit apparaître les premières tensions entre l’UK et l’Irlande puisque ces derniers n’ont pas rendu une région à temps pour les élections du congrès.
Le 23 avril 2010, l’Irlande donna un soutien important lors de la guerre hongro-croates où ces derniers ont finalement repoussé l’envahisseur jusqu’aux portes de Budapest. l’Irlande rejoignit Brolliance (Australie, Canada, Japon, USA) au cours de ce mois d’avril.

Au cours de la V2 (Juillet 2010 - Octobre 2010), les hostilités avec l’UK étaient très présentes. En effet, dès le début de cette version, l’UK attaqua de juillet à août 2010. Durant ce conflit, l’objectif britannique était de prendre Dublin qui était la principale source de revenu de l’Irlande. Après de long combat, l’UK fini par prendre la région avec l’aide de PHX. Suite à un vol, le président de l’Irlande fut destitué et son remplacent, avec l’aide d’EDEN, permit de reprendre Dublin et de drainer l’UK sur d’autres fronts. La reprise de cette région a également fait jaser puisque deux présidents de PHX ont vu leurs comptes piratés (UK et Serbie). Par ce même acte, l’UK perdit 2 MPPs : Russie et Pays-Bas.

Le passage à la V3 (depuis Octobre 2010) n’a pas changé les animosités avec l’UK bien au contraire. En effet, début novembre, l’Irlande et le Canada attaquèrent l’UK en Ecosse et au pays de Galles. Mais au fur et à mesure que les jours passent, le conflit s’enlise et l’UK reprend la main. L’intervention des USA pour aider l’Irlande n’y changera rien. Au début du mois de décembre 2010, l’Irlande est rasée. C’est d’ailleurs à cette époque que les croates sont venus en nombre en Irlande afin de les aider à se défendre. En janvier 2011, l’Irish Army fut créé. Après avoir souvent coopéré avec EDEN, l’Irlande obtient le droit d’entrer dans l’alliance le 9 mars 2011. C’est à cette même période que la WW V débuta avec l’apparition de TERRA en janvier 2011 (PHX étant dissoute en décembre 2010). Coutumier des conflits avec l’UK, l’Irlande recommença en mai 2011 avec l’aide une nouvelle fois du Canada. Malheureusement pour eux, le conflit se passe comme le précédent à savoir, la reprise de l’initiative par l’UK et l’invasion qui en suivi à partir du 20 juin jusqu’en août 2011.
Mais dès le mois de septembre, ils remettent cela mais comme d’habitude, au vue de la différence de niveau entre leurs deux nations, l’Irlande est repoussé. Mais grâce au soutien du Canada, leur fidèle allié sur le jeu, le conflit dure et s’éternise sans que personne ne se démarque vraiment. Durant le mois de décembre 2011, l’Irlande profitera de l’entrée en guerre de la France contre l’UK pour prendre des régions au Danemark. Avec l’invasion de l’UK par le Canada et la France durant 2 mois, l’Irlande a pu être tranquille et ne pas avoir de conflit. Une fois partiellement libéré, l’UK va s’attaquer à la France mais l’Irlande profitera de cette guerre ouverte pour reprendre les régions du nord de l’Angleterre laissées par le Canada. Ils arriveront à garder ces régions pendant plus de 3 mois. Mais une fois que leurs conflits étaient terminés, l’UK relança une guerre contre l’Irlande en Septembre 2012 pour finir deux mois plus tard sur un statut-quo. Le 10 décembre 2012, l’Irlande quitta EDEN et pendant les 4 mois suivants, l’Irlande connue une période de paix. Puis un nouveau conflit éclata en mars 2013. Afin d’aider les irlandais, l’Argentine ira jusqu’à lancer un AS et prendre la quasi-totalité de l’UK. Mais l’intervention de la Pologne a repoussé les argentins d’Europe. Et depuis lors, l’UK a envahi l’Irlande. La WW V finit à la dissolution d’EDEN, le 26 mai 2013. La WW VI débuta lors du conflit direct entre les USA (CoT) et la Serbie (TWO).



Relation avec l'eFrance



Au cours de notre histoire sur eRepublik, la France et l’Irlande ont su construire une relation depuis le départ de l’UK de TERRA vers ONE. Cette relation s’est amélioré au fil des aides lors des conflits/RW et au fur et à mesure du jeu. Depuis l’entente entre EDEN et TERRA, la France et l’Irlande se sont rapprochés. Il ne faut pas non plus oublier l’aide que nous avions reçu en janvier 2010 lors que nous étions rasés. Certains français sont allés en Irlande afin de les aider et se joindre à leur communauté. On peut citer entre autre Nanar.

Presentation of Ireland

His history



During the beta, Ireland was in the North Alliance Alliance (NA) consisting of Norway, the UK, Sweden, the USA and Romania. The month of February 2010 saw the first emergence of tensions between the UK and Ireland because Ireland hadn't return a region in time for the elections to Congress.
On 23rd April 2010, Ireland gave significant support to Croatia during the Hungarian-Croatian war where they had eventually repulsed the invaders to the gates of Budapest. Ireland joined Brolliance (Australia, Canada, Japan, USA) during the month of April.

But day after day, the conflict gets stuck and the UK takes the initiative. The U.S. intervention to help Ireland will not change anything. In early December 2010, Ireland is shaved. It was also at this time that the croatians came in large numbers in Ireland to help them defend themselves. In January 2011, the Irish Army was created. After often cooperated with EDEN, Ireland has the right to join the alliance on the 9th March 2011. It was during this same period that the WW V began with the appearance of TERRA in January 2011 (PHX was dissolved in December 2010). Customary of conflicts with the UK, Ireland began a new time in May 2011 with the assistance of Canada again. During the month of December 2011, Ireland benefited from entry into the war of France (against the UK) to take regions in Denmark. Once partially released, the UK attacked France but Ireland benefited from this open war to regain the north of the UK left by Canada. They arrived to keep these regions for more than 3 months. But once their conflicts were over, the UK started a war against Ireland in September 2012 to finish two months later on a status quo. On the 10th December 2012, Ireland left EDEN and for the next four months, it was a period of peace. Then a new conflict started in March 2013. To help Irish, Argentina launched an AS and take almost all of the UK. But the intervention of Poland rejected Argentina out of Europe. And since then, the UK has invaded Ireland. The WW V ends with the dissolution of Eden on the 26th May 2013. The WW VI began with the direct conflict between the USA (CoT) and Serbia (TWO).




Relationship with France



During our history in eRepublik, France and Ireland have been able to build a relationship from the leaving of the UK of TERRA to ONE. This relationship has improved with the help in the conflicts / RWs. Since the agreement between EDEN and TERRA, France and Ireland are close. We don't forget the help of Ireland we received in January 2010 when we were invaded.
Some French went to Ireland to help and join their community like Nanar or me.
