Comrades, behave in a civilized manner. If you do not like any provision of the Constitution, then you can go to the forum, create a theme and write "this paragraph of the Constitution is not true and I propose his own version". I understand your argument; however, I do not understand the need, nor reason in appointing a "prime minister" when our Constitution does not outline the powers, nor procedure, nor requirements of such an individual position.
