Plato decidió agregar países, dos por votación popular y dos más por decisión de los administradores. La votación indica que los más votados por los jugadores son casi con seguridad Cuba y Ecuador.

Ambos países no tienen una gran cantidad de personas con acceso internet, y su votación parece más bien motivada por motivos ideológicos de afinidad con Cuba y principalmente por el deseo de países vecinos de disponer de territorios nuevos que atacar, ojalá con disponibilidad de bonos.

Así, es previsible que la mayor parte de los jugadores con CS cubana y ecuatoriana no tengan la misma nacionalidad RL, convirtiéndose más bien el refugio de jugadores que buscan alternativas para lograr medallas (congresistas, presidente) o tener protagonismo en puestos de gobierno si logran controlar o influenciar a las nuevas poblaciones.

Como sea, la elección de dos países latinoamericanos es otro indicador de que esta región del mundo sigue desplazando lenta pero sistemáticamente a Europa/USA desde el centro del protagonismo en eR. Sin embargo, no es ni por lejos el indicador más importante, puesto que en el plano militar es posible marcar de mejor forma esa tendencia.

Primero fue Argentina. Su AS a UK fue una primera señal, más bien destinada a generar un BB, y que debido a prácticamente nula resistencia de TWO, indicó que ese país ya era considerado a mediados de 2013 como LA alternativa de daño nocturno para los europeos. Posteriormente, su AS a Europa Oriental indicó que era factible instalar una base en el viejo continente desde donde mantener acciones militares sin necesidad de poner en peligro las originales y bonos en sudamérica.

Luego fue Chile. Su primer AS se dirigió a Rumania, con una connotación mas bien épica, pues tenía por propósito apoyar a Bulgaria y a Macedonia para que ambos países tuviesen Congreso. Su segundo AS en tanto fue del todo pragmático y tenía el mismo propósito que lo realizado por Argentina: instalar una base en Europa para involucrarse en las guerras europeas. El resultado de esa campaña superó con creces lo imaginado, en una campaña impecable, dió un golpe a Asteria forzando la salida de Hungría, enfrentando a dos potencias como Serbia y Eslovenia, y arrinconándolas con apoyo aliado.

Cabe indicar que países como Uruguay (Pakistán), Paraguay (Austria), Perú (Arabia Saudita) y Brasil (Pakistán) también han llevado a cabo ataques aéreos. Los AS de Uruguay y Paraguay han sido “ofensivos”, pues han estado en el marco de objetivos estratégicos más globales: cortar el paso se Serbia hacia Croacia en los tiempos de EDEN y apoyar a Chile frente a Hungría/Eslovenia, respectivamente. Los de Perú y Brasil en cambio han obedecido a planes de salida para la obtención de Congreso o refugio temporal, es decir “defensivos”.

Los ataques aéreos sudamericanos “ofensivos” han sido viables sólo debido a la existencia de paz en Sudamérica. Esa ha sido la clave para que los países sudamericanos hayan logrado proyección hacia el viejo continente y se hayan vuelto protagónicos por un tiempo en Europa.

Cabe preguntarse si T.E.T.A.S. (Tratado Estratégico Táctico de América del Sur), además de ser un nombre grandioso, puede ser el germen de algo más importante aún para la región o se estancará y morirá. Igualmente, cabe preguntarse si acaso Perú o Brasil lograrán insertarse en alguna alianza fuerte que les permita obtener sus objetivos (congreso, territorio original) o encontrar algún esquema que les permita sumarse a la ola sudamericana que ha llegado con ganas de quedarse un tiempo.

Sí, quizás sea el "tiempo Ñ" y de los resultados del poder del deseo de hacer cosas distintas para obtener resultados diferentes. De eso dependerá que se siga diciendo lo que tres tipos ya dijeron una vez en la RL hace ya tiempo: We are the sudamerican rockers, nou sommes rockers sudamerican.

Plato decided to add countries, two by popular vote and two more by decision of the admins. The polling indicates that the most voted by the players are almost certainly: Cuba and Ecuador.

Both countries does not have a large number of people with internet access, and voting seems more motivated by ideological reasons (Cuba) and by the desire of neighbor countries to have new territory to attack, and/or to get bonds.

Thus, it is expected that most of the players with cuban and ecuadorian CS won't have the same nationality RL, being players seeking refuge alternatives to achieve medals (Congress, CP) or to get government positions if they get influence into the new populations .

Anyway, the election of two Latin American countries is another sign that the core of the game is changing slowly but consistently from Europe / USA to the south. However, it is not the most important sign, since the militarily actions indicates in a better way this trend.

The first one was Argentina. Its AS to UK was a first signal. The attack was rather intended to generate a BB, however, a virtually no resistance from TWO, indicated that the country was already considered in mid of 2013 as the alternative of nightly damage to europeans. Later, his AS to Eastern Europe indicated that it was feasible to set up a base in the old continent to have good military actions without compromising the originals and bonds in South America.

Then, Chile. It's first AS went to Romania, that operation had an epic connotation too (similar to Argentine but with another intentions) because its purpose was to support Bulgaria and Macedonia for Congress. The second chilean AS was entirely pragmatic and had the same purpose than the second argentinian AS: to install a base in Europe to get involved in European wars. The result of this campaign was completely successfully, hit hard to Asteria pushing to Hungary to leave the alliance and faced two powers like Serbia and Slovenia which now are just concentrated in their originals.

It should be noted that countries such as Uruguay (Pakistan), Paraguay (Austria), Peru (Saudi Arabia) and Brazil (Pakistan) have also conducted air strikes. The air strikes of Uruguay and Paraguay have been " offensive" too, and were part of a more global strategy: to block Serbia on its way to Croatia in India during the time of EDEN, and to support Chile against Hungary / Slovenia, respectively . By other way, the AS of Peru and Brazil were planned to obtain Congress or a temporary shelter: they are "defensive" air strikes .

The south american "offensive" airstrikes have been feasible only due to the existence of a relative peace in South America. That has been the key to allow to some South American countries to have strategic projection to the old continent becoming into protagonists for a time in Europe.

We can wonder if T.E.T.A.S. (Strategic Tactical South American Treaty in spanish), besides being a great name (“TITS” in spanish), it may be the seed of something even more important for the region or will be unsuccessful and will die. Similarly, if perhaps Peru or Brazil will be able to be part of strong alliances that allows them to achieve their goals (congress, original territory) or even find a scheme that allows them to join the “South American wave”.

Yes, perhaps this is the "Ñ time", and the power of desire has worked doing another things to expect (and get) another results. If that’s true, as some guys said in RL long time ago: We are the sudamerican rockers, nou sommes rockers sudamerican.
