Romanian Ambassador to Russia
8-3=1
Dear citizens of Russia,
I have recently been appointed by Romanian government Ambassador in Russia.
I know relations between the two countries are not the best at this moment (militarily speaking), but my job is to try to develop a better economic and social cooperation (at least). If you try to look thru my previous endeavours within Romania, you could see I am not such a big fan of offensive war. It is my personal pleasure that Romanian government is taking now a similar approach, much different to what has been in the past. I hope Russia will follow this path soon (proving that it became a mature e-nation) and I am more than happy to assist and use my contacts within Romanian government to sustain such position.
I hope that after one month the relations between the two countries will improve significantly. I think there is room for a lot of cooperation. I don't think that Romanian and Russian interest are esentially different.
Unfortunately I have no knowledge of Russian but I will try to improve fast. Until then you will have to bear with me speaking English (or French).
Please feel free to contact me for any queries you might have in relation to Romania and I hope we will all have a good time together.

Mr. Ambassador, how our countries have diplomatic relations?
> Mr. Ambassador, how our countries have diplomatic relations?
They don't, there is just one ambassador 🙂
@FuValon/NetNazgul: "how our countries have diplomatic relations?".
Russia and Romania have the kind of diplomatic relations that two military enemies have. Of course it is a kind of "Cold War" going on diplomatically and I don't expect Russian politicians or people to jump with joy when they talk to me, but this does not have to remain this way. Slowly things will change.
The Russian ambassador in Romania is a nice guy and quite open-minded. We had a good discussion recently (also RL aspects) and I am confident we can do something together to stop this "Cold War".
