It has been a pleasurable month serving you as your president. I look forward to being able to serve you in other roles in the future.

Many things have been accomplished this past month. The next Q5 hospital is closer to being finished. Minister of Defense Terje Hansen has opened up Heimevernet to the public. Minister of Foreign Affairs Andreas Stassivik has updated many government organization avatars, and has initiated the Ambassador Program.

With the threat of a PTO looming over us, Teknokratene has attempted to negotiate a cooperative election effort with Binary Party. TeK has proposed a bipartisan coalition supporting a mutually chosen BP candidate, or for BP to support a TeK candidate in the event of a future PTO attempt. Regretfully, it has become apparent that cooperation in this election will not be possible.

Teknokratene has proposed Reboot as our candidate for the January 5th election. He has experience from being the Norwegian president on two occasions and successfully preventing the Russian invasion in late 2009. His reputation precedes him. He is respected internationally and represents Norway through his work in EDEN as an economic organizer.

Reboots national goals are to keep all our regions, increase the GDP by 10%, and increase the population by 10%. This term he plans to focus on increasing Norway's population and lowering the VAT to encourage economic growth and reduce black market transactions that undercut our economy. In addition, he will continue Teknokratene's ongoing goals to increase the openness of the government, such as opening the state budget to the public.
