Re-naming.

Hello all,

This Article is to cover the recent re-naming of the newspaper, this was done because I felt that the name 'Irish National Paper' was unnatural and rather forceful but the new name 'Celtic Times' has sort of a ring to it and rolls off the tongue rather nicely.
To all the people who have been kind enough to subscribe to me (I'm really grateful for that) the articles will still be written in the way you are accustomed t😇, and to those who are reading this now I encourage you to please subscribe, and a quick congress update : An alliance proposal between Taiwan and Ireland is currently winning 31:1.
