Presidential elections [August 2012] : I-G-D

Dear people of eSaudi Arabia,

As you might know, in a few days (on July 25th) the Congress elections will take part and the Congress will have either 9 or 10 members. There are many people who deserve to get in the Congress, and there is no room for all of them, and if some Congress member later (on August 5th) becomes the President (and loses the Congressmen status), that would mean that someone else won’t have had a chance to be in the Congress during the entire term. That’s why, because of my proposal, it was decided to pick the next President before the Congress elections, and there were two candidates nominated : Ahmed AE, and me. This article will serve as my campaign for the elections.



Why am I running

I got nominated and saw that many people would like to see me as President, so I decided to accept the nomination because of not having any Real-life responsibilities in August (I’m having the summer vacation), so I’d be free and active all the time.



My past experience

I’ve taken part in 12 eSaudi Governments so far. These are the positions I’ve served :

President (x5)
Vice-President (x1)
Vice-President + Minister of Foreign Affairs (x3)
Minister of Foreign Affairs (x3)

My first Presidential term was in August 2011 (about one year ago) and my second in November 2011. During those two terms I mostly worked on diplomacy, and I did some Swapping to get the Congress, which worked out.

In December 2011, I got my third term by force because of technical problems, so I had to continue my term from November. That was my least active term so far.

My last 2 Presidential terms were in May and June 2012, so you can read about the results here. I was able to bring eSaudi a Congress after 6 months without having one, and I was able to sign a deal with eGreece, so I count June 2012 as one of my most successful terms so far. The term in May, the one preceding it, was mostly filled with internal organizations, G-documents, etc.

In the meanwhile, when I wasn’t the President, I was usually the Minister of Foreign Affairs (6 terms), and occasionally the Vice-President (4 terms).



Plans for the term

During my last term (in June) my priority was getting the Congress, which I’ve successfully done. I must congratulate Akhraziel for his term in July because of the fact that he’s made the Government much more active than usual, and brought new ministers who kept the Government fresh. My primary aim would be to continue with this, most noticeably to add special Vice-Minister positions for the newer players who would be able to learn how to do Government work one step at a time. The current Government members would remain in the Government, and some newer ones would join, hopefully.

We also must not forget that we still have Political Take Over (PTO) threats, so the most important date is definitely still August 15th, where we must win the elections no matter what. Having organized voters would help, as would mass multi reports like the ones in the current term.

One more important thing is that eSaudi Arabia needs a Baby Boom, so creating an active team in the Government for inviting new players might be helpful. I’d try this out to see the results, which might be quite positive.

The last major plan would be to strengthen the ambassador program, and make lots of G-documents with all the needed data. As you remember, during my last two terms (June and May) I had charts of our money income and population growth, so I would continue making these if everything went well.
