Attack on Vestlandet

The UK attacked the shores of Vestlandet, but our forces were able to successfully repel them. It is unclear why the attacked, and they did not push with full force. Perhaps they are simply trying to provoke us as suggested by this article. At this time it is uncertain if the UK will attack again, but steps are being taken to prepare for such an occurrence.

Lower Income Tax on Housing and Defense

Congress this week is discussing lowering the housing and defense income taxes to match those of other regions. According to Minister of Finance Evleos, a flat income tax for all industries is more efficient in balancing productivity between industries.

To prevent other countries from profiting off our money, the government would like to encourage all citizens to keep our NOK inside Norway by only buying from the Bank of Norway or other trusted Norwegian citizens.

Budget
In light of the military needing more funding, The congress has called for a reevaluation of the budget and updates on income and spending. According to Minister of Finance Evleos, a report of ministers’ spending will be published in the news each week.
