Plato vs Military Units.
English explanation Bellow.
Durante un tiempo he puesto todo mi tiempo de ocio en TroPA, la unidad militar que con orgullo represento. Ese tiempo para mi es muy valioso, porque podria estar trabajando o viendo peliculas, o simplemente pasar el rato con amgios (rl), pero he decidido invertir mi tiempo en TroPA, despues de la promesa de los admin de hacer algo con las UM, y darle beneficios tengo que decir que esto me motivo mas que nada.
La verdad es que ningun cambio desde que empezaron las UM fueron un beneficio para administrar las UM.
Todo comenzo con la limitacion de las funciones de las Orgs, cualquiera con dos dedos de frente se da cuenta que esto seria vital para cualquier UM.
Primero quiero repasar los beneficios que tiene pertenecer a una UM.
- Recibir repartos, armas y panes.
- Pelar bajo una misma bandera (o escudo de avatar).
- Competir con tus colegas por quien es el que pega mas.
- Poder ayudar a mejorar los skills de los integrantes de la um, tanto educando a los soldados como con apoyo economico para que creen empresas, boosteen, o simplemente orientarlos para saber que decision tomar.
El primer punto para dar repartos, primero tenemos que tener un lugar centralizado desde donde poder donar. Las orgs para este caso venian genial, ya que se podia contar con dos o tres repartidores y cualquiera se puede loguear a la Org y donar desde ahi. El problema es que los admin pusieron el minimo de storage en 1000, y no podes crear mas storage en tu org, asi que te la tenes que arreglar con 1000 unidades para repartirles a 50 personas
Pero esto no termina aca, a pesar de esto seguimos laburando y tratando de brindar a la um los mayores beneficios.
Se nos ocurrio que si pediamos un minimo de raws, a los soldados podriamos dar mejores repartos, y asi fue
Lo que llego a cansarme, a molestarme realmente no fue todo lo anterior porque mas alla de todas las piedras que los admin no ponen en el camino, por amor a tropa, a divertirnos, y a poder hacer nuevos amigos, seguimos adelante. El problema mayor fue el limite de empleados de nuestras empresas a 5 empleados. Una unidad militar puede tener 50 soldados, para adaptarnos a este nuevo limite tendriamso que tener 10 empresas q5, si si, leyero bien, 10 empresas.
Hoy en TroPA, yo tengo todos los soldados, me mude a indonesia para poder aprovechar el bonus de produccion, y Ostin me dio la CZ y se lo agradezco. La verdad es que solo tengo 4 q5, Tanques, Panes, Deer, y Rubber, no voy a invertir en 6 empresas mas para los 50 TroPA es ilogicio.
Lamentablemente, hace unas semanas se nos ocurrio abrir el proyecto Tropitas, es una UM paralela donde a los integrantes se les enseña a usar el juego, se les da repartos muy buenos, pero obviamente se les pide que trabajen en una empresa de TroPA.
Hoy tuvimos que cerrar la inscripcion, con solo 20 integrantes, ya que no tenemos empresas para que trabajen.
No me estoy quejando de tener que conectarme todos los dias a dar reparto porque sino la um se queda sin repartos, mi queja es que no importa el tiempo, gold, y dinero RL que inviertas, a los admin no les importa. Ellos si te pueden poner piedras en el camino te las van a poner.
Siento una gran frustracion, porque durante este tiempo he dado mucho tiempo a TroPA, y siempre pense que ese tiempo valia, hoy me doy cuenta que ese tiempo no sirve de nada, porque los admin destruyen todo lo que nosotros construimos.
Nunca vi un juego en mi vida que te diera problemas, se supone que es para darte placer, y diversion. Nunca vi un juego que te diera un beneficio y a la semana te lo saque. Nunca vi un juego que no le importe la opinion de la gente que usa el juego. Nunca en mi vida vi un juego que haga cambios extremos sin antes consultar a los usuarios.
Hoy lamento haber perdido mi tiempo en este juego, voy a seguir jugando, quizas dosclickeando, y administrando las empresas de tropa, pero no voy a hacer mucho mas.
Nose si Plato, Bonte, o quien sea, sean buena gente, pero si yo hoy con lo que tengo tendria que decidir no podria describirlo sin insultar.

For a while I put all my leisure time in TRoPA, the military unit that proudly represent. That time is very valuable to me, because it could be working or watching movies or just hang out with my friends (rl), but I decided to invest my time in TRoPA, after the promise of admin to do something with UM and provide benefits I have to say that this motivated me more than anything.
The truth is that no change since UM began were a benefit to manage UM.
It all started with the restriction of functions of the Orgs, anyone with half a brain realizes that this would be vital to any UM.

The case had orgs for this great, as it could have two or three dealers and anyone can logging of the Org and donate from there. The problem is that the admin put the minimum storage in 1000, and you can not create more storage in your org, so you you have to settle with the 1000 units to distribute to 50 people
But it does not stop here, despite this we work and trying to provide the greatest benefits um.
We thought that if requested a minimum of raws, soldiers might give better deals, and so was: D, now take full cast for a shift, the problem is we can not donate raws (or the orgs or between users. This seems a very obvious but fail well, Plato surely will have their reasons, but we are still fighting against the refusal of the admin to give us a simple game, with tools and invent our own tools. raws now buy at a price greater than market before the CC donation of the soldier. This creates several problems, but we are managing quite well with this system.

🙂. Lamentablemente el problema no es solo el storage, ya que ahora no podemos donar a las Orgs, ni armas ni panes. Recuerdo que cuando SACARON la posibilidad de donar a las orgs, nos arreglabamos vendiendo por el minimo en el mercado y lo comprabamos desde las orgs, era mucho mas laburo e implicaba un riesgo pero igual lo haciamos. Hasta que un dia, el bot empezo a comprar todas las ofertas baratas, cosa que si vos ponias en el mercado a la venta algo por un valor muy bajo enseguida lo compraba, TroPA perdio cerca de 100 tanques, y 2000 panes. Gracias Plato otra vez.
Pero esto no termina aca, a pesar de esto seguimos laburando y tratando de brindar a la um los mayores beneficios.

Esto parece un fail muy obvio pero bueno, seguramente Plato tendra sus razones, sin embargo seguimos peleando contra la negativa de los admin de darnos un juego simple, con herramientas e inventamos nuestras propias herramientas. Ahora compramos raws a un precio mayor del mercado previa donacion del CC del soldado. Esto genera varios problemas, pero nos estamos arreglando bastante bien con este sistema.

I remember when I took the opportunity to donate to orgs, we made do for the minimum selling in the market and bought it from the orgs, was much more work and implied a risk but so did. La verdad es una lastima, el crecimiento de TRoPA para sus miembros y luego el crecimiento de TroPitAs fue algo esplendido, los que ya somos miembros aun gozamos de estos beneficios, pero que pasa con los que quieren entrar? la cantidad de gente que fue educada en este juego gracias a esta UM es impresionante, la verdad que poco a poco los Admins con el afán de conseguir unos euros extra se van a quedar solo con algunos viseros que van a preferir seguir poniendo guita en donde tanto invirtieron que tirándolo a la mierda.
Lo mas probable es que ni lo miren los Admins, si hay algo en lo que no destacan es en escuchar a los jugadores.

Los admin son fail por donde se los mire. No pegan ni un cambio que a la gente realmente le sirva. Solo es por dinero.

Muchas cosas en la web nacen con un espíritu de libertad, pero don billetin lo modifica a su gusto, me a pasado con varias cosas. Por desgracia nací en este juego un par de días antes de esto cambios tan conmovedores, no llegué a experimentar lo que era jugar de manera feliz...
La verdad que los de tropitas me pareció excelente cuando me enteré, porque le dan pocas oportunidades a los novatos. Qué lástima que haya habido sólo 20 postulantes.
Martin postulantes son mas de 70 pero les tuvimos que cerrar la puerta en la cara porque no tenemos mas lugar en las empresas
he is right. A lot of things which can made this game really good, is not used instead of one more stupid fix for gold. This is a sad true of this game. And madness of development team dont give us no guarantees about future of the investments which players making(bying gold). Is it not normal? to write about next changes? All people do this, becose they dont want to be fool. Players should know about future changes! That the way to make your game better!! show it and be judge by a mob if your heads are empty. Sad true of this game...
