Pissup and Brewery !!

Day 1,221, 17:43 Published in Ireland Ireland by castaneda

So with the majority of votes cast in todays congress elections it seems our local PTO squad and friends have 22 votes , with at least 5 of them due to get a seat and a possibility of the other 2 also gaining seats.

So what happened ?

Where was the organised anti-PTO plan we were promised ?

Where were the articles from the people in charge of this "plan" today ? (this being the day of elections)

Articles to inform the public which candidates to vote for , Most people here dont go near irc these days .

Why were all prospective TD's not asked to move to the two largest parties in Ireland days ago?

Why wern't all citizens who wanted to act as blockers asked to move to these parties too ?

In doing this voters could have been given easy instructions on who to vote for, Vote for the two parties involved only , Given the numbers involved, blockers and runners for 2 parties could easily have been organised in a few days.

Seeing the situation unfold earlier today another question has to be asked ,
Why were all current TD's not asked who had citizenship requests left , and e😜ats asked if they could use these citizenship passes to aid in this operation ?

Two words spring to mind , Pissup and Brewery .
As in, those in charge couldn't organise one.

But dont worry Ireland , The blame will be passed along appropriately (wheres Gonzo) Cos sure as s**t those in charge will not accept any blame .
Not only did the organisation of this (the little we have seen) cause some bruhaha amongst the population of our fair isle But it FAILED , and Failed SPECTACULARLY .

Best we can hope for now is the cancelling of a lot of multi votes , however Unlikely .

I dont even want to get into the effect of leaks from the dail resulting in restricted access to all but the chosen few , the unlawful banning of citizens from the national forums.
Heres hoping lessons can be learned for next month and that enough people will stick around for round 2 .

BTW im still looking for another vote or two in dublin for those who havn't voted yet today.
