Philippines- eColombia, Non-Aggression Pact (NaP) [EN]

Philippines and Colombia, in the interest of repairing good will between both countries, hereby agree to an Agreement of Neutrality between our two nations.

Wherein both countries shall maintain peace on the borders and maintain open and friendly communications in order reestablish the once rich friendship both countries shared. Both countries agree to:

1. to Not NE or Declare War against each other.

2. Colombia continues with visayas and Palawan regions, without any objection of Philippines government, in case of Philippines need one region for congress election, Colombia must return one region to Philippines, when the election of congress ends, Philippines should NE Colombia and return the region to Colombia.

3. In case of Colombia lose one or both regions (visayas or Palawan) the government of Philippines must send NE, the government of Colombia will fight To recover the control of the region(s)

4. Philippines will gain control in Palawan, and Colombia will not take that region without the approval of Philippines Government


5. Philippines would NOT AS NE or Declare War to Any Asteria / LETO or CUAP Country, if it is not on a Trainig War pact

Both countries may fight for their allies against each other via MPP or Resistance Wars.

This agreement is valid from Day 2604 and good for a period of 60 days
