This morning the last British military personal left Oslo. As a special farewell the Oslo Filharmonien composed several pieces for them.

"We wanted to give those soldiers a farewell they will never forget." Says the spokesman of the Orchestra "So we composed some pieces especially for them".

Reportedly the Orchestra started with a classic interpretation of Running to the Sea and continued with a reinterpretation of "Britannia Rule the Waves".
"We changed the melody a bit with outstanding effects. The emphasis is now on waves and no longer on Britannia" comments the director of the orchestra. "I really love that version, it could become a new hit in Norway, just like "The Fox"."

The orchestra finished with a Song, a bit more subtle "Don't Cry for me Argentina".

"It was a bit sad though. When we started with it, the entire audience started laughing. I guess most people actually didn't hear that song". adds the director of the Orchestra. Asked whether he will do another performance, once Poland is wiped out of Fennoscandia, he answered "Oh, yes sure. We already have a few ideas. But we could need more, so if you have some, please tell us."
