New Missions + Shortcuts [UPD]

Since last changes we all have a great possibility to pass new quest and boost our productivity and strength. Take in consideration, that these missions will only be available between Day 1,225 to Day 1,228.
Here's some more info:
Special Bonus Health
Requirements
* Boost one work session by at least 170%
* Eat food in order to recover 500 health, in one single eRepublik day
* Have less than 25 health
Rewards
* +15 Strength
* +1 Energy Bar
170% bonus can be achieved using (example food industry): Friend bonus 20% + Resource bonus 5% + Citizenship bonus 25% + Brainstorm session 100% booster (0,79 gold)
Personally, I suggest use an After Work Party booster, which gives 200% bonus for a price of 0.99 gold.
Special Training
Requirements
* Boost one training session by at least 130%
* Be located in an original region of your citizenship country
Rewards
* +15 Strength
* +100 Military rank
130% training bonus can be get through: 20% Friend bonus + 10% Natural Enemy bonus + 100% Caesar's battles booster (1.49 gold).
As previously it is better to use Napoleon's victories 200% booster (1.79 gold) instead of Caesar's one.

* Defeat 50 opponents
* Have 100 health
Rewards
* +20 Strength
* +1000 Military rank

p.p.s. - "There are rumors that for a few days, more food can be consumed, up to 500 health! You should take advantage of that!" - it seems like this increased food consumption will only be available during quest time. But I see this thing like admins' marketing research if enough people will upgrade their companies for 50% sale and how it will influence the game in middle term.

I really liked the shortcuts.
As always new missions seems to try to make us spend gold. I have completed all of them expect the 50 kill one. Voted!

What the hell is an energy bar?
2/3 completed.
An energy bar restores your energy to 100. Better use it when you're wellness is close to 0.

i know, i have asked the same question last time the admins gave us temporary missions - but i just cant remember the answer!!!😁

The Hit and Go mission says it ends before the company upgrade offer expires.
yes, from now you have 46h for company upgrade ==> 1226-1227 and 2h30 minutes of day 1228. (something like that)
