My first few days in erepublik.
Arthur Scargil
Well it has been a weird few days on the game, and I have been up to much fighting the Irish, being asked to join every party under the sun and becoming broke, yes that’s right I am already poorer than someone living under Thatcher.
It has been an interesting few days the game play is interesting, there seem to be three main sections to this game as far as I can see economy, military and politics. Here is my brief and limited opinion as a new player to this game.
Military seems to be okay it might take me a few weeks to be able to get onto the leader board though. Simple graphics but seems okay, I don’t fully understand what the points I get for a kill do in regards to how you win battles if someone could tell me that would be great.
Politics this seems to be lively as is seen by the amount of invitations I have received to join parties. I have read a lot on the wiki about how elections work and it seems to be quite exciting and one of the better parts of the game. Party wise I had no idea which party to join, so I joined a smaller party that asked me first so I will check out how it functions and maybe consider moving later.
Economy I’m not sure about this part of the game as I have already said I am broke my factories don’t really help to make any profit and It is taking a strain on the Military side with me needing to buy food and weapons which I can’t afford.
That’s just my opinion. Please comment your thoughts or tips corrections
🙂
And if you are somehow making a profit and want to help me my hands are always open.

Main rules: Ignore the rubbish TUP/UKRP say.
They have ruled UK into the ground for last 3/4years
and you will be a winner 😃

Also ignore the above. treat every party on how they act and you will be fine. The above kid has had many accounts banned and been caught forging logs to discredit TUP...he vanished when caught and refuses to discuss it.
Anyway, welcome to the game and personally i would steer clear of politics because the eUK is an utter ****hole for it with the trolling and nastiness.
Hi there! Welcome to the game.
Campaigns are won and lost based on campaign points. You need 83 points to win a campaign and each campaign is broken down into a series of battles. Battles are divided into Divisions where you'll fight people of similar strength, rank, and level to you. Division 1 (through lvl 24), D2 (through lvl 29), D3 (through lvl 36), D4 (lvl 37+). The winner of each division is determined by the first side to reach 1800 total battle points. After one battle ends another will begin until one side reaches 83 total points. Campaign points are awarded to the winning side in each division (D1, 1 point), (D2, 2 points), (D3, 3 points), (D4, 5 points).
For companies/business, the economy in-game doesn't function as it should. You'll make more profit investing in upgrading your Strength Training buildings than you will from purchasing companies (Because you will earn Super Soldier medals quicker and thus be rewarded more frequently with the 5G bonus you get from the game for completing medals).
I put a bunch of the calculations in an old article if you'd like to check it out.

Wow thank you for explaining that and your article is very helpful 🙂
Emergy is like a god... you will realise this soon enough!
welcome \o/
I'm going to say with parties, look around and do your research. Question their leaders and compare the answers with each other and make up your mind!
Basically this ^
Get to know their members and see which ones want to make a difference and which ones just attack and troll because it's what and who they are. A good political party will have a friendly and open community and can be rewarding.
or just don't bother with a party and join Chaz&Waynes Flying Circus instead...
A piece of advice, don't choose ANY party in your first two months of your e-life. Then choose New Era.
Well someone from New Era disagrees with you and messaged me asking me if I would like to join. So I think there might be conflicting opinions in New Era
yeah, New Era is not an stalinist block, we are free as in Free, and respectful both with us and the rest, but, as I say, don't join anyone yet. Join Legion military unit that is neutral, thou, or Funky Militia.
don't choose ANY party in your first two months of your e-life. Then make your OWN mind up.
In any case, welcome
